What scares me more is not a random psychopath like Hitler but how easily are sheep manipulated into electing and then executing orders of deeply sick and disturbed mind. On a personal note, ww2 wiped out most of my ancestors so obviously i see huge danger in actions of blind sheeple that is easily manipulated.

I heard some idiot on CNN refer to Russia as our sworn enemy while bitching about Russian hacking. He thinks the cold war is still going on. And people are bitching about banning immigrants from the six countries our own intelligence community says are the likeliest places to send us terrorists…WTF? I grew up on stories of WW2…my father and uncles all fought in it. I don’t worry about North Korea nuking Washington or New York. I worry about them selling their nukes to ISIS and then ISIS nukes the middle east oil fields they don’t control, and invading the oil fields they can control. That would stick the world into a crash that would last decades. WW2 was all about controlling land and resources. WW3 will be the same.

The movie “U-571” was worse. They ‘Americanized’ a Royal Navy story. It was the Brits who were primarily responsible for getting the Enigma machines and breaking the codes.
At least they acknowledged that in the closing credits.

Interesting question, I can only imagine.. To me a different route questioning would be, since some consider the Second World War a continuation of The Great War, What do you think the world would be like if the Central Power’s won The Great War? Kaiser Wilhelm II was not so terrific a leader himself but a far cry better than Hitler since that would likely be the post war ruler unless his generals ran a military coup. Heck Hitler would have likely never came to power in that scenario. However during the war most of the German generals ran almost everything with The Kaiser more as a figure head. All hypothetical of course. Yea, the Germans sure did push their technology and very well. Had they won The Second World War, freedom would likely not have existed in this day. All in my opinion of course.

I am not sure the exact book the poster was referencing, but “The rise and fall of the third Reich” By William Shirer is an amazing book. I cannot imagine a book being more comprehensive on the subject than it is.

Oppressive and nightmarish poverty will do that. The danger isn’t in current politics, as much as the real danger is the unchecked power of the banks and the general population’s dismissive of the need to permanently check their financial power.

Cashless society, fiat currency, ridiculous amount of expanded credit, restrictions on honest/sound money on the populace, planned destruction of manufacturing base and economic productivity and purchasing power…

This will end badly. That is how a real problem grows. Hitler was a solution for a people that desperately need a solution at a time. You need to ask yourself, WHY were Germans put in those abject horrible conditions.

Right now, a person can become the next Hitler in Venezuela. And guess what, they will love him for bringing them out of such a nightmare.

There is a movie currently on Netflix called “My Honor Was Loyalty”. It is based on a true story of 3 friends who are SS Troopers and their daily grind with the suck. Great movie although the English voice overs leave a lot to be desired.

In the end all wars are primarily fought by kids in their early 20s who just want to do something awesome with their lives and then go home.

Hitler was an arsehole. At the same time I feel that the Germans got a real bad rap after WWII. Every country does some f~~~ed up s~~~. We have holocaust memorials here in USA for something that happened in Germany. Yet, we have nothing for the millions of Natives we rounded up into concentration camps (reservations) and exterminated. Thats because in American schools Hitler was the most evil guy ever, but not a word is ever mentioned about the things the good old USA did. I’ve been so oversaturated with Hitler hate through out my school days that I’m burned out on it.

I don’t think that is entirely accurate.

One thing Hitler/inner circle of power did try to do was eliminate the stigma associated with cuckolding and women’s infidelity. Hitler reasoned/ perceived that it was the natural state of women to seek out the best men to provide them with superior offspring. He was perfectly happy to have the betas marrying women and providing for them, an let the Aryan alphas do the seed planting.

It is the only law that criminally punishes something you say or believe…

I don’t deny the holocaust, innocent Jews died during WW2 and were intentionally deported and killed in mass by the fascists.
But you cant take as fact something you see on Discovery or National Geographic on the Hitler subject, or any subject for that matter.
