Yes they need someone younger, if they had their head on straight, they would run with Tulsi Gabbard. She’s smart enough, good looking enough and could probably get them the votes they need to win. But they can’t run with her, because all the money in the DNC is too the far left. Bernie pushed the party to the left, and Hillary had to go even farther left to compete with him. Plus the DNC chair and assistant chair are both favorable to socialism.

So even if Tulsi Gabbard wanted to run, all the DNC support is far left of her. She wouldn’t get any traction.

Do you think hillary will run in 18, try and get her Senate seat back?

I think she needs one more win for herselfe.

It would give her ego a win,and an excuse to not try for the Executve office again.

No but she might help her daughter run and get one of those New York seats. If she ran for President a third time and lost, it would be the ultimate in embarrassment, that family would be completely gutted. But Liberals have been saying nothing but good things about Chelsea, so a seat in Congress might just happen for her. Plus, it’s New York, their weird enough to vote for her.

No problem man, I love talking politics and history. That’s why i wanna teach it. My job is to take the complex and make it simple. And if i don’t understand something, then I won’t comment on it. It’s better to not speak about something, than to speak on it and possibly spread wrong information. But alot of this stuff comes easy to me because I pay attention to details. I listen to alot of new media podcasts and hear how people break down politics and I started being just like them.

I can talk politics with the best of them. I bet i could go into Washington DC right now and fit right in because I know how they think. Once you figure out motives, and look at people’s decisions from the perspective of how it benefits them, politics becomes so easy

    Youll make a good teacher.
Mostly because you make it interesting and easy to stay focused on.

I agree, I remember during the election cycle I started getting nervous because of the skewed poll numbers and made a call/post to good ole Venom and he broke this thing down to pieces. I walked out the door the next day knowing Trump would win. This is site is full of jack of all trades. Any news i’m unsure about that’s making its rounds I go straight to the political corner and lurk.

Never lose sight of what brought you here.

I had good professors who taught me the right way. I was lucky i didn’t have those liberal professors that we hear about on the news who are so far left it would make classes unbearable. I have no complaints about the history department or english department at my school, now the science department is another story. The liberals are crawling around that building.

But as far as history is concerned, my professors always said that it is not their job to force an ideology onto a student. It is not their job to judge a person’s point of view or criticize it, but to simply UNDERSTAND their point of view. I may not agree with what someone says, but i at least should give them the common courtesy of hearing out their argument. I don’t have to agree with what their saying, i just have to understand their position. I have spoken to plenty of people that i don’t agree with, but if you heard the conversation you wouldn’t be able to tell that i disagreed with them.

This is what people nowadays are lacking. Being able to listen to different points of view. Listening to every viewpoint and debating them, helps both parties to be more well-rounded thinkers. I was blessed to have great professors that just wanted to present the facts of an issue and discuss what those facts meant. And then sometimes we would take trips to old battlefields and discuss wars. And then we would drink. You haven’t lived until you’ve seen your favorite professor drunk lol

I was like that too, the poll numbers threw me off at first but then I listened to this podcast by this guy named Bill Mitchell. He host a show called Your Voice America. And he broke down how skewed the polls were. How the liberals were oversampling, (something they still do now) and due to oversampling, it seemed like Trump was going to lose. But he encouraged everybody to calm down and look at the internals of the polls and see how Trump was leading with independents the whole time and those are the people who sway elections.

Hillary couldn’t fill a high school gym, Trump was filling up arenas 5 times a day in cold weather. People who do that are first time voters. And did you notice that when Bernie dropped out, nobody did a poll on his supporters to see who they would vote for?? They knew Bernie’s folks were p~~~ed off and they voted for Trump or just didnt vote.

I wasnt at all suprised when Trump won. They made it about hateing old white men.
Old white men dont march in the streets, they just quietly vote.

They were shocked when he won Florida.
    Guess who lives in Florida.

    Lots of old white dudes!

I know old white dudes that were dems all there lives, but felt run off.
    And now vote Republican

    Not to smart ladies! Hahahh

Florida was funny, Hillary jumped out to an early lead in the morning. But in the evening when all those Republicans came home from work they turned that state from slightly blue to deep red. I thought he would get Nevada, I wanted Nevada.

But when I saw Ohio and the Carolinas go red, I knew Hillary was in for a long night. I watched it all night. It was comedy gold.

I think Hillary said 6 months ago that she’s run her last campaign. I think she’s done for.

Even if she does run again, her 2016 sins will come back to get her; she can’t hide from her own record.

And we’re also not factoring in if she’s gonna be in jail. A special counsel looking into Russia messing with the election (even though there’s no evidence of collusion), will eventually find his way back to Hillary

Traditionally, losers rarely run again. Al Gore and John Kerry gave up after their losses and so should Hillary Clinton. Besides, she doesn’t look healthy enough to be the president w/ all the coughing and fainting she does.

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)
