    You could create a New Mexico LLC, which would own your house. Then you could rent the house from the LLC. The LLC could even make cash loans to you from its assets. New Mexico LLCs have no reporting requirements. The owner(s) are who possess the articles of incorporation and who is designated as such in the operating agreement–which is a private document.
