What amuses me about Mr. Overton is his diet—which includes canned soup, milk, coffee, and ice cream. He also puffs on cigars and sips whiskey. Many health experts will tell you that ice cream is fattening, cigar smoke is bad for your lungs, and whiskey is bad for your liver.

I think the secret to his longevity is: he doesn’t let the burdens of this world get the best of him. He just keeps moving ahead no matter what.

Yes dude, you may have just unlocked it right there. Then add a few good genes into the mix and voilà (my granny has just turned 90 and she by and large is as fit as a 75 y o, so there is some hope for me, he he…).

I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body.
