I’ve been thinking lately, once I’m through my s~~~ storm I want to get fit again, more walking definitely, and I’d like a nice road bike eventually.

I must be feeling better if my thoughts are turning back to diet and exercise.

I wonder if their good health can also be atributed to a low stress life.
Good physical conditioning can be very benefitial for mental health also.

I need to get out on my bicycle!

My fathers grandfather died next to my father. My fathers grandfather was kicked in the chest by a bovine.

My great grandfather wasn’t ashamed to have his last breaths next to my father.

A husbandry life is healthy. Caring for livestock, until they take you out. Doesn’t seem so bad.

If I’m blessed enough to live past 100, anyway I go is fine. My fathers grandfather was blessed to end his days at 103, and my dad was his treasure to end next to.

These articles direct to joy. These articles don’t have a route. The route might be to easy, and without drama.

Dude, what you’ve been through can shrivel up anyone’s heart, mind, body, and soul!

I had to turn down a day of powder skiing because I had a feeling I would get hurt, 7 years since the last time I went due to deteriorated economic conditions, that and I processed cordwood for 3 days and removed snow from the blizzard for another 2 days, so on top of being rusty I was also pretty beat.

You must feed yourself wholesome foods, lots of fruits and vegetables, Emotional trauma causes you to neglect eating, some people start drinking, the worst thing you can do.

SpiritRR, get the bike, you can purchase them used for pennies on the dollar, not the latest and greatest but still a really decent road bike.

The first thing I did on MGTOW road was to buy a brand new bicycle, top of the line Kona then modified further, I also increased my skiing sharply, every weekend and midweek when a storm was foretasted, I’ve spent countless days in waste deep powder and thinking at that time all the misery that dudes were going through while I was dancing down the mountain needing a snorkel and literally choking on powder for days in a row!

Get out there and give yourself noodle legs with the bicycle I know you’re sure to get!

Welcome to MGTOW, we not only heal your heart we build up your strength and make SUPPER MEN!

That sounds like a good formula to me!

I find this article very interesting. Especially the part saying these natives living close to the land have parasitic gut worms. I have read a lot on this subject, that gut worms provided many healthy effects along with negative.

When us domesticated humans did away with are specially adapted gut worms, we gained a lot of diseases. Even as we de-worm our pet dogs, we see them gain allergy and skin problems.

I think there is great potential in finding cures within these gut worms. Who knows maybe even a cure for cancer.

They don’t eat McNasty’s or Drink polypropylene.

The Inuit were Heart favored for a while too and they ate high fat food. This is why we are prescribed fish oil. lmao.

I have traveled to the land of great blood tests. 100+ trail miles a month, less red meats, more nuts and lots of fishes and popcorn. I may have to throw out the BP meds soon as its textbook correct now.

Recommend a mild recumbent bike for less wear and tear on the body.

    ! GO SRR GO !

4 yrs after the job demotion and divorce, I am healthier than I have ever been. 70lbs lighter. Love my new job. Its easy and fun as can be. Skin by on the money crap but its getting done. And,
not that I rooted for anything bad, but the people-eater that demoted me is fighting cancer. I must kiss his head for taking me to rock bottom. From there its been all blessings.
50 and five and Live while Alive.

The year before he cut my legs from under me, I asked him whether he was ill. He looked dull and puffy. He grumbled that he was fine. He ate a lot of employees or drove them out. I’m serious about owing him thanks but he’d take it as insincere.

I beam everyday. All me coworkers(they know what I went through) and even perfect strangers see me and comment that I have never looked or acted better.

I’m fairly repulsive looking but people appear to look at me as if they are seeing someone striking. I’m not. Its got to be the attitude, lack of stress, or the heart. I “catch the girls looking” lmao too fn true. I don’t acknowledge them on purpose. Even the guys pick up on something.
My dad had that aura about him. funny, thanks dad.

Men with more fat have higher estrogen levels so every man should seek to be in shape and keep his weight in check. Not to mention your dick gets bigger when you lose weight it’s crazy.

Most people who live in society without fast food, and sugary drinks will be healthier than you are.

MGT, yes, I need more vegetables. I eat fruit but not nearly enough vegetables. As I feel slowly better then I’m going to learn proper cooking rather than the ready meals I live off or going out for meals.

I definitely feel like getting the bike, I have an old Raleigh racer road bike back at my garage at the house. I’ve owned that bike 30 years nearly and it will need new tyres and brakes. The c~~~ will likely throw it in a skip if she hasn’t already.

There are some very good interest free deals around for nice new machines. I’m not familiar with what a good road bike is these days for a few hundred pounds. I could afford a small monthly interest free payment.

I need to research a bit.
