Extremes are harmful. That doesn’t mean that everything on that side of the spectrum is harmful.

In the real world there exist violent men who do evil things. It’s true. Obviously, there also exist plenty of manly-men who always act justly.

This “toxic masculinity” concept is a clear over-generalization. A good example of why logical fallacies are wrong. Sending such a message only creates unfair stereotypes. And it turns people away.

I hope enough people react to the obvious stupidity of this that the University kills the initiative.

It is wise to fear dangerous commitments.
