But to their credit (I have to be honest) sometimes (SOMETIMES) you will find a County Clerk female that does paperwork with a sense of deliberation. She’s fast as hell.

But no matter how fast they are at executing paperwork, you still have to be on tip-toes or they will get emotional and f%^k you over. You have to brown-nose women or they don’t do their damn job. Men will do that gdamn paperwork whether they like you or not. With women, its ALWAYS personal.
