Also, Eve only had two sons.
So she probably f~~~ed them too.

You fellas should read more of the Bible if the wish is to discredit it.
Genesis 5 v 4 “Adam lived another 800 years, fathering other sons and daughters after he had fathered Seth”.

As for the talking snake, think of it more as a spiritual entity, (Satan), deciding to manifest himself as a snake, he could have chosen anything, a talking cat might have had even more guaranteed success with a woman. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkwiQmGWK4c

Moses was a living human, David, Samuel, Joseph, Peter, Paul. All of them live like us posting on these boards.

Moses is a myth taken from earlier mythology, David probably existed but got turned into mythology along the way along with Samuel who probably did exist in some way thou.

And Peter and Paul probably got made up later when the new testament where being written since there is little evidence of them in history outside of the supposed scriptures.

My own going my way moment was to stop thinking of a vast majority of the the people in the Bible as cartoon characters.
These people blood flowing through thier veins, and breathed air here.

Some of the bible is full of real people while others are not it really depends but you do not need to believe in any God to see the people of the past as real people. I see people who lived thousands of years ago as real people even when they are long gone.

And the only application the bible gives is that it was the main belief system of the past people who lived in Europe and played a historical role in society as it was one of the major religions of the day and influenced their culture.

These people chose to realize that God is the architect. Shame from others is irrelevant. Many of those beautiful people were murdered because they wouldn’t follow the crowd of lieing, feelgoodiness.

Again you do not need to believe in a god to see people who got hated because they did not follow within the crowd. For example in the past century along we have come and seen plenty of people who strayed from the status quo and got hated for it.

Just think of any shock rocker from the 20th century which strayed from the common clean music of the day into more offensive and sexual music. Or any other figure who got s~~~ on due to their opinions.

Just an east coast asshole who likes to curse, If you get offended by words like fuck, cunt, shit, piss, bitch or any racial slurs then you just scroll down.

I am not sure anyone here is discrediting the bible. It is the people who take it literally who discredit it. The rest of us understand it, study it, believe in it, appreciate it, and learn from it.

Woman have always been this way.
Through evolution their nature was inherited from our ancestors that even predate our own species.
Science says our species has existed some 180-200 k years. The core of their nature was in place then. It has been refined for cultural reasons only but the core was still there.

My view is the non creationist, science based view although I find a lot to learn from the religious based text when much of their nature wad to be dealt with.
