This goes out to all the smartest guys who are not waiting by the phone for that call that never comes or begrudgingly comes for a few minutes.

Congratulations for not being tied to relatives that are taught to hate you and all your side of the family. Congratulations for not having child-alimoney hanging over your heads for decades, sucking the happiness out of your life.

Ties that allow a woman who hates you to use your own flesh and blood to pound you with emotional blows at every chance. Who have your children buying fathers day presents for the new bad boy she happens to be spreading her legs for now and calling him “Dad”, for fear of p~~~ing off mom.

To the smart men here who learned their lessons from others and not like me, the hard way.

I’m glad also. It’s amazing that none of my male cousins are married. One does have a girlfriend, another got divorced and my other cousin and I never bother getting married. The cousin who got divorced is dating a married woman in China. I’m sure he’ll get screwed again. Hey at least there he won’t get screwed like here in North America.

When people ask, “do you have any kids?” my answer is always: “I don’t really know”.
Very matter-of-fact, like they asked for directions and I don’t live in the area.

An ucomfortable giggle always follows.

It may take them a few seconds or even a minute, but they get it eventually….
