    So, she is saying that even if you are beautiful you are still not spared from hardship. Um, honey, I wouldn’t say you’ve had a tough career.

    My favorite part of the article was her talking about trying to get a part in Jungle Fever. Spike Lee originally had her playing his wife, but she wanted to be a crack ho. Spike thought she was too pretty. Part of convincing him that she was a credible crack ho included taking off her make-up.
