Any law made in violation of your god given right to bear arms is null and void by the constitution. Only by repealing the 2nd amendment would it be legitimate, anything else is an INFRINGEMENT and not withstanding to due process.

We’re gonna need to be well armed when all is said and done!

That bill is just more posturing. It’s D.O.A.

I don't hate women. I just feel better when they're not around.

HAHAHA. Figures it’d come from Cicilline. Dude is a queer f~~~ who RUINED the city of Providence. I was there when he was mayor. He turned Providence into a s~~~hole. He’s a joke.

Well now THAT was painful to read…and it may likely fail…however, there will surely be other bills in its wake that are similar. Be sure to watch out for hidden agendas in addition to the overt ones. To wit:

There was a section about grandfathered weapons and magazines owned before a certain date. How will they know if you owned it prior to the magic date UNLESS THEY MAKE YOU REGISTER YOUR FIREARMS AND MAGAZINES?

“(2) Paragraph (1) shall not apply to the possession, sale, or transfer of any semiautomatic assault weapon otherwise lawfully possessed under Federal law on the date of enactment of the Assault Weapons Ban of 2018.”

“(2) Paragraph (1) shall not apply to the possession of any large capacity ammunition feeding device otherwise lawfully possessed on or before the date of enactment of the Assault Weapons Ban of 2018.”

There was a section about grandfathered weapons being okay, but you have to essentially store them in a safe.

“It shall be unlawful…to store or keep…any grandfathered semiautomatic assault weapon that the person knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, will be accessible to an individual prohibited from receiving or possessing a firearm under subsection (g), (n), or (x), or any provision of State law, unless the grandfathered semiautomatic assault weapon is—
    (1) carried on the person, or within such close proximity that the person can readily retrieve and use the grandfathered semiautomatic assault weapon as if the grandfathered semiautomatic assault weapon were carried on the person; or
    (2) locked by a secure gun storage or safety device that the prohibited individual has no ability to access.”

Absolutely. But it is a call to arms. GET OUT AND VOTE. Enough of this progressive agenda to flush my nation down the toilet.

That bill is just more posturing. It’s D.O.A.

Do not think this will make it out of the house.

Absolutely. But it is a wake up call.

    He turned Providence into a s~~~hole. He’s a joke.

Yes, and now he is trying to flush the rest of the nation down the s~~~ter.

That bill may not pass, but many local and some state governments are enacting laws that restrict the buying of guns by anyone that has a DV conviction, or has an active restraining order in force against them.

First of all, they hand out protective restraining orders like puppies hand out licks. What judge isn’t going to sign one if a woman comes before her and says she feels threatened by her soon to be ex or her bf.

This restriction is usually buried very far down in the bill. Hardly gets noticed.

So, its come to this. A woman can go before a local judge and say she feels threatened, with as thin of a piece of evidences as simply saying a man yelled at her, and that she feels scared, and a man can have his second amendment rights taken from him.

How can a woman be expected to be happy with a man who insists on treating her as if she were a perfectly normal human being.

    YES.
This is from Virginia Code (shortened to prevent fatigue):

“A. It is unlawful for any person who is subject to (i) a protective order entered … (iv) a preliminary protective order entered … where a petition alleging abuse or neglect has been filed; or (v) an order issued by … another state… to purchase or transport any firearm while the order is in effect. Any person with a concealed handgun permit shall be prohibited from carrying any concealed firearm, and shall surrender his permit …”

    B. In addition to the prohibition set forth in subsection A, it is unlawful for any person who is subject to a protective order entered … or an order issued by … another state… to knowingly possess any firearm while the order is in effect…”

A fun response to gun-grabbing douche-baggery would be to spread the knowledge of how to build fully automatic Sten submachine guns, claymores, M203’s, and mortars.

There are step-by-step guides on how to do this, some by Ragnar Benson. Should just combine everything into a new “Advanced Anarchist’s Cookbook” and make sure that it gets emailed everywhere.

Include the fun stuff, like how to make napalm from Styrofoam peanuts and gasoline, and how to make in improvised incendiary mortar with a shotgun, a wooden dowel and a Molotov c~~~tail. (that last one dates back to the Cuban Revolution)

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.

Funny thing is, the Dems once again tried to demonize the NRA.
Per usual if f~~~ing backfired. Membership is booming.

Not to toot my own horn (ok I am), I said there was anecdotal evidence that the leftard witch hunt on the NRA would backfire. Well here you go…

The Daily Mail reports that Google searches for “NRA membership” rose “4,900 percent” since the Florida attack. That rise occurred at a time when many Democrats, media personalities, and Hollywood celebrities were denouncing the NRA as causal in the shooting that took 17 lives in a gun-free zone.

    More Here

Wanna ban the ‘scary’ guns? To bad, they are flying off the shelf as are all firearms.

I am starting to think that Firearm manufacturers must LUV the Demonrat Leftards.
