I wonder if the other three were men also. Why not ask a single mother off the plane then you free up at least two seats. Last time I flew I got stopped twice at security cause I was a man flying alone.

And they asked me to check my carry on bag. I told them I can’t. Sir we need you to check your bag. Only have one bag and it’s already checked.

I can tell you now, any judge will be furious at the airline over this.

A doctor having patients to see is a legitimate reason not to leave the aircraft. Particularly when it’s just because the airline want to transfer their own crew.

And there’s video evidence too.

The airline are screwed. I’m surprised they’re not facing criminal charges. If this was UK he could bring a private prosecution and i think he would succeed.

How does this work? Are pax not told when they’re booking that the flight was over-booked? In the military you were assigned a ‘priority’ rating. If you were on a low priority, you knew and accepted that you could be bumped and stranded anywhere along the route…

Those CHEAP MOTHERF~~~ERS! They should have offered free round trip tickets to anywhere. I got free tickets that way, I JUMPED AT THE OPPORTUNITY!

Not only did I get free round trip tickets, I was bused from Hartford to Worcester where I passed all the passengers from my flight waiting for their luggage on another flight hopccotching from timbucktwo!

I knew one guy from the local nursery, he said they waited around for hours for their luggage to arrive, after we left for home.

The guy purchased a ticket on that flight in good faith then forcibly removed? He has a lawsuit from what I can see.
