This was an issue after the Jian Ghomeshi trial in Canada. The Feminists demanded that the ‘presumption of innocence’ not be afforded to a defendant in a sexual assault case. They wanted the onus or burden of proof to be on the man to show that he was innocent rather than the state to prove that he was guilty.

This is teaching an entire large group of children that they are guilty by birth through no fault of their own.

These boys are going to come to the conclusion that since they did not do anything wrong it must be women that are wrong, including girls. That women and girls are born evil.
