    http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/california-colleges-to-make-proving-innocence-a-punishable-offense/article/2580663

Advocates for due process knew this day was coming. We knew that one day colleges would notice that there was only one way for students accused of sexual assault would be able to defend themselves and that the colleges would make that defense itself a violation of policy.

Of course the new policy is coming out of California, which led the way in inserting campus bureaucrats into the bedroom with its “affirmative consent” policies. These policies mandate how students must engage in sexual activity – not as a passionate act but as a contractual question-and-answer session. The only way to prove one followed such a policy is to videotape the encounter, but now, California colleges are making such recordings a violation of school policy.

California is a beautiful state, but all the crazy laws and mentally sick people just ruin it.

As if they actually want men to break those laws so they can be arrested and put in prison (cheap/free labor maybe?) Hopefully this is just my imagination. It’s just so f~~~ed up.

Women like attention. Women like drama.
I can see a disturbed female filing false rape charges against some man just to “get even” with some fantasized slight.
I could be wrong, but I think video or audio documentation might be worth the hassle should you need to defend yourself against false accusations.
Of course, the best strategy is not to play. (better off with porn/fleshlights)

What is the US coming to?

A lot of permanently unhappy single female college graduates for one thing.

Seriously how can they not see how this is blowing up in their faces?

Getting evidence of your innocence makes you guilty?

I am glad I am through college.

    This is MADNESS!

These colleges are backing themselves into a massive class action lawsuit.

By the way, I am waiting for “yes means yes” lawsuits to be challenged in that there is no way to verify the act in question. It is a witch hunt. Wiretapping laws prevent recording the act, and agreed contracts beforehand are not legally binding. So, how can what happened in bed be proven?

Even lesbians have been caught up in this tyrannical law.

It screams to be recorded anyway, and taken to a higher court outside of the school system.
Also, it will lead to recording anyway for those who don’t seek justice via the courts but by other means, which I am not saying is right.

    It is absolutely right.

Obviously posting a full sex vid without consent isn’t (and shouldn’t be) covered, but posting evidence of the consent, and therefore exposing state sponsored and perpetuated injustice is absolutely the express intent of the constitutional amendment the directs that “congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of the press” etc etc.

It is very specifically the case that it was intended to protect.

Mods: Can you change the ‘the’ in the fourth line above to ‘that’ ?

The full sentence should read “Obviously posting a full sex vid without consent isn’t (and shouldn’t be) covered, but posting evidence of the consent, and therefore exposing state sponsored and perpetuated injustice, is absolutely the express intent of the constitutional amendment that directs that “congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of the press” etc etc.

    Good god. Complete madness.

Well, once this sees widespread adoption on university campuses, I predict that they’ll begin implementing quotas to reprimand a set number of students (read: men) every semester/year and get paid for doing so, in the same vein as police districts getting paid for meeting arrest quotas.

And I still have 2 1/2 years of college left to go… f~~~. I hope I make it before this becomes widespread.

It seems a complete dating strike is in order.

I wish we a had a member from a CA college to say if these laws are making an impact.

I wonder if these laws are designed to drive the men away from the cis females to further the I don’t need a man agenda.

I forsee truck loads of red pills headed to CA.

    Schadenfreude is a beautiful thing.

Dear women come to college in CA and you will not bag a husband.

Edit: do these laws include Townie cis females?

I am glad I am not in college in California. If I were, I would get out. It would be worth the expense of paying out of state tuition to be out from under that fascist nightmare.

As to the consequences, they are predictable. The ratio of women to men in college is 60:40, This will only get worse as the men wise up and move away. Women will find it impossible to date or marry men they think of as “suitable.” Every capitol city in the Western World is flooded with women who can not find a “good man” as it is. They will be facing more competition than ever from the next generation of college graduates.

Thank feminism, pet your cat, and goodbye to you ladies.

Time to bring back McCarthism. Someone has to f~~~ this commies in the ass with a metal spike condom.

"We didn't start the fire. It was always burning. Since the world's been turning" "A world that vilifies men only breeds a generation of men that feel no empathy towards women" “In a woman’s mind , there is really no such thing as a ‘we’. In her eyes, earth allways revolves around her, not the other way around. So thinking that your needs , aspirations or desires are valid enough to be persued, or even that you are entitled achive such goals, is like asking your boss for a pay rise in your very first day at the job.”
