I hate that they call this a “win”. Men need to stop thinking of not being destroyed in divorce or having their children stolen as something to be grateful for. I’m fed up with seeing it. Celebrating it? Absolutely not. Not being destroyed or thrown in prison is not a win. It would be like jumping up and down all happy because a woman didn’t falsely accuse you.

I am glad he got off, although I know he went broke and deeply in debt to gain that victory. That law is bad legislation by any standard. It hearkens back to the days when criticizing the king was a felony.

Canada is not alone in its putting bad laws on the books. In the US, federal laws are such a tangled thicket that a US Attorney can get anyone put to trial and most likely convicted. Yes, anyone.

It absolutely shouldn’t have gone to trial in the first place. This wasn’t some little misunderstanding, this man had his name dragged through the muck, had an attempt at a character assassination when they made a fake page to try and frame him (which the idiot judge actually believed), was banned from USING ANY DEVICE THAT CONNECTS TO THE INTERNET, and as such was unable to work for THREE YEARS.

The scary part is we know exactly why it went to trial. This evil c~~~ was well connected in a female political activism group. She and her feminist cronies did everything in their power to destroy this man.
