Drink wine in a conservative fashion, antioxidants will kill the oxidation stress running through your blood and body.

Take Omega-3, it will stop inflammation, will maintain optimal quality of blood and prevents degeneration of cells.

Thanks puff its been cut out severel times before . Its a bit over 5cm in diameter but close to my eye .

A major problem i am having is my medical records . It happened again . This time was different because the doctor picked it up but i have been threw it for years . My records witch some i have as proof . Its been to discredit me . Long story .

Even got the xrays to prove i got a whole scarred in lung and liver . Hospital surgeon tried telling me it never happened no record . My father was there hes old .

The doctor said asked me about the times i have had it done and went threw the pathology report that he recieved of the pathology with the history of it . F~~~ he even said well thats all there .

How would someone change medical files . Its not the doctors . Have one guy i really trust and went very far for me .

I am no racist, and I really don’t care at all what races live where, but there is this fact: Light skinned people whose ancestors evolved in climates with overcast skies get skin cancer like crazy when they move to sunny climates. Australia comes to mind. I have a friend who has lived there his whole life, pasty f~~~er, got skin cancer recently as well, he said it is very common down under. See how dark the Aborigines are??? And do you know what happens to dark skinned people when they move to heavy overcast climates? They get rickets.
