If I owned a company, I’d hire the best for what Im paying. I wouldn’t care what they have between their legs. I care about making money.

    It is called merit.

I do own my company, and I’ve learned to care about what applicants have between their legs. I’ve learned the hard way to never hire women. Ever. Because I care about keeping my company in business far more than making money.

    It is called merit.

It’s called knowing the odds. Female applicants are simply far to great a risk for any potential benefits they provide.

Men need to make a statement. Quit google and let the badass women run it. NFG.

I can’t say anything about google but, in other small companies, this s~~~ is happening.

I’ve done that, why the f~~~ing hell I will work 8 hours a day for a small salary, have to deal with tons of s~~~, keep studding on the weekends, no matter if you already have 15 years of experience, you always need more, and things change fast. To be paid as same as someone who spend 6 working hours per day talking about their personal life ?

Well, now I work as a “consultant”, I got 5x more money, why ? Because this s~~~ty generation CANT DO A SINGLE S~~~ WITHOUT COPING AND PASTING, if they don’t find it on stackoverflow, they cant solve ! I just do, what they should have done, if they weren’t copy&paste based.

They call me when things are on fire, and expect a miracle, then they brag on social networks about how “hardcore” they are. This industry won’t survive for much longer, knowledge become shallow, people become more arrogant and obnoxious, I had several customers that now, I just ignore when they ask for help, they don’t worth the money, their s~~~ty environment full of bulls~~~ and political correctness. Don’t worth to sit and listen to a guy brag about how hip they (the company) are, listen to 10 new different words that I never heard before because normal words are too mainstream to describe their uniqueness.

Is the special snowflake effect, but on corporations. They just burn investors money on s~~~, when they need something real, they pay overpriced guys like me, that they could hire for much less if they weren’t so arrogant. You know how it will end ? Produce anything will become so expensive, that investors will use a shortcut, ignoring companies and hiring consultants to do it. In the end of the day, what really matters is the result. This inclusion bulls~~~ will never work, real inclusion comes from hard work, recognize people who work hard no matter what, is the real inclusion.

I’m not bragging about myself, I’ve what would be a standard/regular knowledge on the field based on what guys from 15 years ago knew. Nowadays companies, if they were founded 20 years ago, they would have failed in the first year ! The bar is so low, that basically anyone in a minority group SHOULD BE HIRED, even if there is no talent there, no knowledge, and no will to learn !

Guys that were gurus when I started, now are retiring, in 20 years, the industry will be dead, if you put any effort into studying, it won’t worth a s~~~, you will be paid the same. So why to bother ? This is the logical and natural path to follow, specialized professionals will be rare, basically people will copy and paste previous works and change “something here and there” to look a original piece of work. Where I live, simply don’t worth the effort into studying anything related, you will live in an eternal frustration.

Basically the industry become communist, where if everyone worked hard, in theory it will work, but real life shows that people can’t be trusted.

There are several other areas that require 10% of the effort and pay the same, and are millenial free ! Seriously, I’ve to choose again nowadays, I would be a construction worker, is this kind of job, a lazy ass millenial will NEVER bother me, because this kind of job you can’t spend your day at starbucks on facebook, and you are paid the same.

Not only c~~~s, but there are several hipsters out there that can’t be trusted to deliver a single piece of work. I worked with a guy in a client, well, in a week, he spend 50% of the time trying to make his bluetooth headphone work in his “arch running on a macbook”, another 50% of the time he spend on feminist discussions on gender equality on facebook, coffee or just wasting time.

Once he looked at me and said

Github is offline, can I go home ? I can’t work under these conditions.

I was a contractor, not his boss or something like that.

C~~~s make s~~~ everywhere, from putting used tampons on toilets and clogging it, to start an emotional drama over imaginary things, or getting mad because they misinterpreted someone’s email.

    There is no solution…

    Apparently, he was just fired.

“Some right-wing websites had already lionized the memo’s author, and firing him could be seen as confirming some of the claims in the memo itself – that the company’s culture makes no room for dissenting political opinions.”

Let’s see, Yahoo, ebay, HP now Google is hurting because the lazy trollops that they hired don’t want to roll up their f~~~ing sleeves.
These tech giants are going to learn, on way or the other!!!
