Rule #1: Sugar and starch are your worst enemies. Get them out of your life. This works out to almost all forms of junk food.

The film also leads to many others that food is not just what we eat in order to maintain health. Ethical and environmental issues too.

Ya starch converts easily to sugar in the body. As does other forms of sugar like corn syrup found in almost everything these days and fructose .

In most cases if it comes in a box or a can, it’s not something you should be eating.

My advice would be to lose weight because you want to, not because society tells you to.

Avoid processed foods, avoid carbs, although they’re fine sometimes.

Within reason, exercise is sort of more important than diet. I say within reason, because if your diet is truly awful, well, no amount of exercise would save you.

But usually if you exercise regularly, you’ll want to eat cleaner anyway, and in which case it kind of takes care of itself.

If you need to have a flat stomach and look like a fitness model that’s different. Most men however just are better off building muscle definition and ignoring their stomachs.
