Gone full ghost mode at work – getting a lot more done

Over the last months I’ve moved into almost total ghost mode at work. Stay focused on my job and only talk occasionally to a few men who are NOT manginas. Getting a lot more done and less stress avoiding the c~~~y behavior and crap that comes with it. Highly recommended for all men.

This is how my work goes.

I usually get a phone call or a text message asking me if I can do a job the next day. I show up at a large shop and greet their secretary, grab the key to the shop where I work out of.

I work alone for an hour, an hour and a half and then I leave.

I love this arrangement! It’s the most peaceful working relationship I’ve ever had.

Good work. Stay out of the slough. Woman can suck you in fast with gossip and backbiting and the first time you agree or take a side they will throw you under the bus.

I smile and say hello to everyone… but that’s as far as any discussion goes, except for topics directly related to work. I’ll also help the guys on the production floor if they get in over their heads on tricky technical problems. This has paid massive dividends in terms of goodwill and getting INSTANT cooperation if I have to ask them for a favor (e.g., let me borrow something off the production line without going through the BS of transferring cost and ownership to my department and then transferring back when I’m done). One of the guys at work is solidly red-pill and he was explaining to me why he’ll never marry — I just said that I don’t blame him and left it at that.
