Goldman Sachs’s London staff have been told that they can now have free sex-change surgery and fertility treatments in the latest step to encourage more women to stay with the firm.

Just to be fair, they should offer betas, category reassignment proceedures:

Like, take a beta, give him a full arm sleeve tattoo, make him work out at a gym in the office building a few hours a day, c~~~ enlargement surgery to 8+ inches.
