So Rudy Giuliani goes on Fox News and says that Trump repaid Michael Cohen the hush money he paid Stormy Daniels:

I had to go to this article to find a video where Rudy is saying that. Rudy keeps saying in the video over and over, it isn’t a campaign violation. I wonder when all this happened because Trump has kept saying he knew nothing about it.

The only possible crime I see in this situation is possible blackmail, where a whore threatened to create a scandal right before the election unless she was paid.

Also, Mr. Giuliani would not state anything if he thought the information would harm his friend, President Trump.

The fact of the matter is, those looking into this are not looking at it from the right angle. Even if there is a crime found, with Mueller and his team’s conflicts of interest dealing with the investigation, any evidence they find would be considered tainted and not usable in a court.

The reason what Giuliani is saying is relevant is because of what happened to John Edward when he ran for president.

Some old bag that was inthralled with Edwards and wanted to give him money to pay off the campaign worker Edward’s had knocked up. The problem is she gave Edward’s her money thru a campaign donation. That’s a violation on FEC rules.

Giuliani is saying that Trump used his own money, given to his attorney, (repaid in this case but lots of rich folks owe their attorneys money and settle up later).

There is nothing illegal about that, people agree to non disclosure settlements all the time, it’s a civil matter, not criminal.

How can a woman be expected to be happy with a man who insists on treating her as if she were a perfectly normal human being.

So far, it was Trump didn’t know anything. Now, Trump knew about it, apparently. The issues here are whether or not he ordered the hush agreement be done, when he knew, and if he actually signed the NDA. What is floating out there is a document showing he didn’t sign it at all, and he is identified as DD (DD didn’t sign it).
