Man… boyscouts, or the politically correct name, “scouts” has become so pussified.

I’m lucky to have grown up with a scout group that was sadly one of the most hardcore in canada. Went to a few jamborees… and never ran into another scout group that went camping in the winter… Heck, it was even rare to find another group that did any backpacking.

Still keep in touch a bit with the group; and from what i understand… most of the parents won’t even allow their kids to go camping in weather that is below -0*C. Like Dafuq! I’ve gone camping in tents / Quinzhees in temps of -35*C several times!

Them pussies.

Aside from the blatantly obvious; Homosexual men would undoubtedly increase this pussification demolishing the youths much needed survival skills.

On the other hand.. the youth is already so f~~~ed up thanks to feminists… so it may not really matter.

When I was in the scouts it ended abruptly when our scout master got caught banging a den mother on a jamboree. That was the first time I learned about married couples cheating on each other first hand.

Now these kids are going to learn things like; “Steve got caught packing fudge with Fred while George recorded the whole thing! Daaaammmnnn!

Taking the dads away, scouts was the. Dads all catching up on a camping weekend and taking the kids out with, I still remember getting backhanded by my mates dad and him knowing why. Then they all did their s~~~ the kids who’s dads weren’t there learned and when my dad wasn’t there I learned, before all the political s~~~.

Jack, you are right as most gay men would be honorable. However, should I as a heterosexual male be put in charge of a group of teenage vixen in a setting where I would be spending overnight time alone with them. Even though I would behave very appropriately, I would not want to open myself up to false accusations or even have anything be used to besmirch my reputation . The same thing applies to gay scout masters. If I were gay, I would reject it for the reason I listed above. I sure many gay men think exactly as I do.

This is only about forcing politically correct dogma.

CP, I dont think that the scouts dropping the ban is suddenly going to open the floodgates and gay men will come rushing in to become leaders. yes, they may be subject to some allegations, maybe even cooked up by parents who dont want a gay scoutmaster.

Men in the corporate, political and educational fields are all well aware of the potential for some girl or woman to destroy them and their careers with a false allegation. That is why now many wont be alone with a woman or girl in their workplace.
