I have had the great luxury of having never worked in the white market. Therefore, I have never been under the threat of, nor taken measures to protect myself against sexual harassment claims.

I can only say that one should not be penny wise and pound foolish when it comes to such precautions as so often, the difference between a job and penury is a c~~~’s lie. I would make liberal use of a tape recorder that can record clearly and surreptitiously at all times. Video recording may be beyond the point of diminishing returns depending upon the cost; I would leave that to one’s own judgement.

I agree with Cipher Highwind. You can rig your smartphone to record and send it straight to the cloud. There are apps for that.
