Absolute bs. My X was a Tampa bay buccaneers cheerleader. She was told upfront that they would not get paid and were forbidden to have any contact with the players. At dinner one night a Bucs player walked in and we immediately had to leave due to the rules she was under. She also mentioned that the players see them as nothing but props and couldn’t give a s~~~ about their existence.

She then dumped me for a doctor. Lol.

    Peace is > piece.

    I don’t think I’ve ever understood what a cheerleader’s real purpose is.

To see what is in front of one's nose requires a constant struggle. -Orwell

It’s not like they contribute to the sport. With the loss of viewers for the NFL they have to cut costs and liabilities somewhere. Women these days are both, axe those positions.

Hope that someday I may lead others the path I have learned. As Virgil led Dante through Hell.

I knew a girl that was a friend of the family that was a Jets cheerleader for a couple years. She knew up front she wasn’t making much money…it was pretty much just a chance to get paraded around like a psuedo celebrity for a couple years, be on tv, be in calendars, go to promos and s~~~, then she had to move on with life. These c~~~s are probably just mad they had no plans to move on with life, and they were unable to hook a rich dude during their cheer leading days. Seems like your ex found her wallet lol.

Ultimately you get a job offer, you accept it…how do you bitch about pay after the fact? They could have declined the job offer or quit at any time.

So can I sue the business I work for because I’d like to get paid more? Of course not! If they don’t like their job, get the f~~~ out and get another one! Damn these self entitled useless c~~~s. Get into porn, or go be strippers. Guaranteed more pay in those jobs.

The evil in women’s hearts leaves them no moral bounds as to inhibit them from descending to the lowest levels of darkness to acquire their self entitled desires.

The vision of these cheerleaders with Gloria Allred is an immediate boner killer. Cheerleaders have jumped the shark. Put a fork in them, they’re done.

Cheering leaders? LOL. A cheer of 1000 spectators can easily blow their short skirts away.

5 former Houston Texans cheerleaders sue team over low pay, harassment

Five former cheerleaders for the Houston Texans are suing the team, claiming they weren’t paid for many of the hours they worked and were also subjected to bullying and sexual harassment.

The five women, Hannah Turnbow, Ainsley Parish, Morgan Wiederhold, Ashley Rodriguez, and Kelly Neuner, spoke publicly about the suit for the first time on Friday during a press conference with attorney Gloria Allred.

“I had no idea that once I became a Houston Texan cheerleader all of my dreams would slowly be shattered,” Wiederhold said during the press conference.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Houston federal court on Friday, claims the Texans underpaid the women and didn’t compensate them for public appearances and other performances and job-related tasks.

The women said they were paid $7.25 an hour, which is less than the parking attendants at the stadium where the team plays, according to Allred.

But for many appearances, including during international travel, the women were not fairly compensated for their time and were often not given stipends for things like food during the work trips, the lawsuit claims.

The suit also accuses the team of creating a hostile work environment for the women, and threatening them with losing their position for speaking up about their concerns.

In some instances they were even physically assaulted, and told to “suck it up,” the women said.

“I was attacked by a fan at a game leaving abrasions on my shoulder. My attacker was not approached, nor was he removed from the game. I was told to just suck it up,” Turnbow said.

In a statement, the Texans defended its cheerleader program, saying it is constantly being evaluated and adjusted.

“We are proud of the cheerleader program and have had hundreds of women participate and enjoy their experience while making a positive impact in the local community,” the statement from Amy Palcic, vice president of communications for the Texans, said. “We are constantly evaluating our procedures and will continue to make adjustments as needed to make the program enjoyable for everyone.”

But Allred said the organization has exploited cheerleaders because of how desirable a spot on the team is, and how many thousands of women vie for those spots

“These are women who have competed to win their jobs and have proven themselves over and over,” Allred said. “How is it possible that cheerleaders are paid so little and not paid at all for much of their work?”

Exactly. Supply and demand. Depressed wages.

It strikes me that it would be the enlightened choice to free these poor young women from this sexual objectification. Ditch them like Formula one are ditching the grid girls and like the Sun newspaper in the UK ditched topless pictures. Its sexist for them to be out there like pieces of meat for us all to gawk at.

Its a feminist choice, giving them the empowerment they want to go out and get man jobs. You go girls!

The more I see of the Pittsburg Steelers the more I admire them. They have Never had these idiot cheerleaders. The Rooney family they know how to run a railroad.

These women are in this for one reason. To get in front of cameras in hopes of getting into showbiz. Now that they’ve hit the wall, and there isn’t going to be any movie contracts, they want that miserable s~~~ eating pig Gloria Allred to tear a chunk off the NFL for them.

If I were the Texans I would fight that rotten bitch to the last dime in the bank. I’d bankrupt the company before I paid her one f~~~ing penny. I say we each send a little money to the Houston Texans to help in their defense.

Stfu and get a real job or a better job like most men would do.

Reminds me of an associate that comes from a well off family and happens to be a good artist.

He now expects pity for being the starving artist type because he had that safety net to fall back on for years.

I don’t give a f~~~, I came up with not much and knowing that, I know there’s a time to chase your dreams and then a time to be responsible and do what you have to to make a living.

    Manginas are just like women.
