I liked this video and wanted to share.

I like the music as well so that helps. Like the Lyrics “Who is the Enemy Here?”

It gives me hope that some young people are waking up to how they’re being played on these sites.

I didn’t know where to put it but hope you enjoy anyway:

Deleting Social Media is the first step to freedom. Next is the TV, The Press, and finally the opinions of people we don’t respect.

I can’t think straight when I’ve got a thousand media channels telling me how to think.

A pleasant and peaceful evening to all.

I stopped using facebook literally within a year of me joining back in the day

I realized what it was doing to my psyche and thought it was unhealthy
And then I met a ton of women I had various interactions with and saw their FB addiction and witnessed how it affected their mood, I tried to explain to them the root cause was social media, they didn’t care to think their depression/sadness/insecurity was even present despite it being very clear

So I backed away, and now I somewhat mock people to their face whenever I see them on FB…Not strangers, but I still think it’s unhealthy.

I hope one day people remember how to connect with people in person and find new friends that way

Nothing I’ve done online will ever compare to the memories of true reality

    Thanks Guys 🙂

I checked out the other stuff from the band but this seems the best track.
Band is: Thievery Corporation. Track is: Marching the Hate Machines (Into the Sun).

See people glued to their phones all day like zombies. I sit in the smoking booth outside at breaks and people sit right next to me for 15 minutes and don’t say a word. Just head down checking social media.

They need constant validation. They can’t exist in their own head for 5 minutes.

It reminds me of the Borg.

I was on instagram for a few months because my friend said it wasnt bad. Never really got into it. Ive forgotten the password now.
Though not completely I’ve stopped using facebook. i go back once in a while to get some contact numbers from old friends.
Its a place for “NAWALT’s”(yeah. it seems all of them are NAWALTS in their opinion, almost convinces you if you keep looking) to know what you are thinking and what you’re planning so that they can screw with your head when they meet you. It’s also a platform for shaming men into guilt and mental slavery. I’d gotten involved somehow and it was hard to get out.

Don't fucking tell me it's nighttime when the sun is clearly shining in the sky.

I got off Facebook around 18 months back and I’ve never looked back since. All Facebook is a narcissistic fest of people trying to impress others, like those Blue Pill men showing pictures of their girlfriends, to show off as to say ‘have you got a girlfriend like mine’ and all those awful selfies, mostly very vain teenage girls, who think they are so f~~~ing special! Peace of mind, now I can download decent music, watch old films on YouTube or play games.

I maintain a facebook presence for s~~~s and giggles and I can tell you that it’s pretty much nothing but narcissistic selfies, daily affirmations and whining.

I mainly use it as a way to maintain contact with people I know casually but wouldn’t consider my friends… typically venue owners, bartenders, artists and community leaders who can be potential assets in my work. I don’t follow their posts and I don’t engage in their conversations and I never post anything personal or opinionated, mostly I post pictures of my plants and fish just to stay on the radar.

I’ve got about 120 contacts and I prune them down regularly to let go of those who don’t pan out. Fact is I could probably turn the thing off completely and I probably should, but I’ve got about as little exposure to it as is possible without actually doing so.

I also have a LinkedIn account and something like 400 connections but have never gotten a speck of value out of it.

Social media is a crock of s~~~… just food for the narcissism machine… and the less time anyone spends consuming it, the more time they have to do something useful and meaningful. Like right now I’m about to go and bake some bread while I watch YouTube videos of SJWs melting down over Trump. That sounds like a fun evening.

No longer on social media. I’m one of those young people that’s pretty glued to his phone, but not because of fb Twitter or Snapchat. I’d rather read what I like than talk with arrogant morons on a bus.

I have discovered a truly remarkable list of reasons why women are not necessary for a happy life, but alas this margin is too small to contain it.
