Greetings.

Many of you are upset with how things are going on this website due to a number of factors. Be it the lack of moderation or the behavior of others. Opinions vary as to how things should or shouldn’t proceed. There are also several of you vying to fill the vacuum left by the creator and absentee leader of this website.

So, get it all out here. Have it out with each other. If you guys are serious about maintaining this space in a way that YOU want for it to run, then lay out your terms HERE. Lay your problems out on the table and actually TRY to come to a resolution. Remember though, none of you run this website so your opinions are just that, opinions. This goes for me too.

Remember also that things worked in a particular way here for quite some time the remnants of which can still be felt. This is a key factor in understanding the current points of contention here.

This has been an attempt for me to help, if it falls flat so be it. If you don’t like it then good for you. Either way this is my attempt to help those who still have some emotional capital still left in these forums (however misguided it might be).

I will try not to respond after this. This thread is for you guys, the ones who want to see this place be a certain way.

I believe that for the most part the content questions can be self regulated by our members.

The mechanical stuff that attends to running a forum needs someone more involved. I’m sure there are things being done everyday behind the public face of the forum to keep it running. But other stuff is being left undone. And members don’t have the authority to do even the more mundane things that come along and need attention.

I heard the other day there are folks that have been waiting for 6 months or more to get approved as a member. WTF?

Perhaps appoint a couple of trusted long term members with some limited administrator authorities to help with day to day running……stuff the current administration cant get to.

I’m still emotionally involved with the site. MGTOW serves a useful purpose in my life.

When I was in grade school, we had an old lady music teacher named “Mrs. Stump”. At one point we just got very bored with this music class. Very often, one of the students would lean back in his chair and turn off the lights. Chaos would ensue. We would scream and yell and f~~~ around to the point of students hurling metal chairs into the darkness which sometimes collided with other students across the room. This was so hilarious back then. It still makes me laugh today.

What’s been happening here recently reminds me quite a bit of those days with the exception that, back then, we were children and it was funny……………………………………..
