Oh I agree on this. That is how they got the VAWA stuff to pass. Its SOFT punishment that leads to HARD punishment without a conviction.

And there IS a growing problem here. More women are turning out to be rapist them MEN are. And they are doing it to UnDER AGE BOYS.

How would it sound if Tommy RObinson government found out that WOMEN were defending rapist? Or that when WOMEN ARE IN CHARGE, MORE RAPES HAPPEN? And they did nothing?

The idea here it to shift BLAME. THat’s all its ever been about.

Women PRAY on each other. What happens when WOMEN start crying foul that their moms let this happen to them and they did nothing?

This is why, women are so hesitant about RAPE having MANDATORY sentence. If they say you can get your Nuts chopped off.. Why not your OVARIES? What about your Clitrois being ripped off for raping young boys?

As I read this, I wonder if it isn’t just a play for the long game. Extrapolated out over time, what could be the result of this/

1) punishment for rape drops
2) weight of accusation increases

So a man is less likely to get a not guilty verdict if he goes to trial. But since punishment is less, he is more likely to take a plea deal. He is more likely to plead guilty in exchange for the now lesser sentence he is going to get.

Result: the number of “rape convictions” sky rockets. Because even if he wins at trial, trial will be a bigger pain in the ass than the light sentence if he just pleads guilty.

Next step: A new article from the likes of Ms Greer: “Now that all these men are essentially admitting it by pleading guilty to all these rape charges, we have the statistical PROOF of this rape epidemic we’ve been screeching about. What are we going to do about it? We demand more government resources committed to women, and we demand stiffer penalties to combat it…”

But the increased weight of the accusation as evidence, and the increased assumption of honesty of the accuser will still persist under the law. And by then, it will have all that new statistical proof behind it… A man (likely most men) will be accused, and that accusation will be taken as proof of guilt wether it goes to a trial or not, and and that screeching for revenge will buy much, much louder.

I wonder if Ms Greer has calculated that mandatory sentencing guidelines will change back much faster than the presumption of innocence of the accused will return once it is eliminated.
