The President’s speech appears to have added more fodder behind the likely slaughter of open Senate Democrat seats in 2018. Seems that if the U.S. can realize, and maintain, economic growth nearing 4% from now until 2018, the Democrats can very likely be assigned to minority political class for at least a generation; and possibly hand a filibuster-proof majority to the Republicans also. The hysteric, inappropriate, and irrational responses to President Trump (and Republican policies) are only speeding up their (Democrats) political suicide.

I was pleased with his speech. You can tell the strong effort put forth in the speech and it’s presentation. Trump is starting to step up his game. It’s a critical mistake to underestimate a man and they have been understimating this man from day one and he keeps trucking. I love America and I hope Trump can do what he has layed out.

Canada belongs to Canada. Period. It’s founders fought for it successfully and earned the right for it to stay Canada. Wishing that Canada would be destroyed is not cool, certainly not for Americans either, because then you’ll really have a problem on your hands.

The Islamist problem is hardly isolated to Canada either. The UK is now reporting the risk of terrorism there is now extreme. In America you have places like Dearborn Michigan that are a hornets nest of these vermin.

I am not leaving Canada. But I’m certainly not staying in Ontario either. Some relatives have said that the once affluent city they lived in is getting flooded with these trash. They are apprehensive enough that they have determined they are going to move away when they retire in a few years.

Ontario is pitiful now and it used to have so much to offer. Makes no sense to me to stay here long term.

It was good, but not without it’s issues. Some of it looked a little too staged, too much of a show, which gave me a sense of less sincerity. I also didn’t care for creating a ‘VOICE’ team…Victims of Immigration…etc. That was unnecessary, and just feeding the liberal MSM.

I think this helped right the ship in the sense that any of his supporters who may be having doubts are probably back on board. I can’t imagine many that voted against him are now on his side though. That’s to be expected though, it’s going to take time.

I very much liked how he addressed democrats directly, saying we need to work together. That’s not going to be easy since republicans didn’t work with Obama much…according to the MSM. I liked that he stated that the time for petty small talk is over, but he needed to recognize that he is the part of the problem there. I would have loved it if he had then taken the gavel behind him and smashed his phone…symbolizing that he is going to drop all the tweeting over stupid things.

The way I see it, he clearly has the facts on his side. By that, I mean his decisions are logical for the most part, and difficult for someone to disagree with. He needed this opportunity to speak to the public without the media filter. But people will forget it and go back to listening to the media, the hate, and believing all the lies. People still want to believe illegal immigration is wrong because it feels wrong, despite the facts.

If I were on his staff, I would highly recommend that he speaks directly to the public like this much more frequently. The MSM cannot be trusted to communicate to the people on his behalf. A 10 minute speech once a week, a status update if you will, could make a huge difference months down the road.
