They do it…they just do it. The self proclaimed do-gooders are burning down my beloved Hamburg, unbelievable

    No respect for private property
    No respect for life
    No respect at all.

Thick wads of smoke rising up
    Burning cars
    Burning stuff on the streets
    State of emergency
    Out of control

If you’re in Hamburg I would suggest keeping your distance, as much as possible.

Those summits get ugly. They had one here in Toronto back in 2010 & the downtown core was occupied by two masses of opposing mobs. The “peaceful” protesters caused in excess of $750,000.00 in property damage, the police used excessive force & there were mass arrests. They even had to setup temporary jails to deal with the sheer number of protesters (including any innocent bystanders who happened to be downtown that weekend) that were arrested.

It was a shameful display of the globalists flexing their power. More than 1000 people were detained resulting in about 317 charges, the conditions they were kept in were violations on every level

    From the wiki:

More than 20,000 police, military, and security personnel were involved in policing the protests, which at its largest numbered 10,000 protesters.

The thing that bothers me the most about these events is that it’s a known fact that the professional anarchists will show up and start smashing property (which they don’t consider violence) in an effort to provoke law enforcement into violence, then the protesters turn around and claim brutality. Some even claim that law enforcement sends agent provocateurs into the protests in order to create probable cause.

An easy solution in my opinion would be to hold these summits in less populous regions, but I guess those images would not send as strong of a message:

    Senseless and misguided chaos.
These left-wing idiots are burning the wrong things! Why burn private property when you have a beef with a government organization?
This is only going to bring more oppressive measures to control the masses, as if what they already have isn’t enough with the millions of spying cameras in the streets and dwindling privacy rights.
This so-called society is tearing at the seams and it’s no wonder at all, at least not to me.

    BURN ROME BURN.

Yep, let it all burn. I couldn’t give less f~~~s. I got NO stake whatsoever in the hell they’ve created. Let it crumble into the sea, I won’t miss it.

““Welcome to Hell” protests were organised by Left-wing organisations in Germany. It was part of the 30 anti-G20 protests registered in Germany in last few weeks. Anti-capitalist protesters from all across Europe gathered to take part in the protests in Hamburg. Students from US, Canada, and other countries also gathered. With focus on climate change before this summit, members of several environmental organisations also participated in the protests.”

I can’t believe it, Hollowmile. I have some distant family in Düsseldorf but I haven’t visited in 8 years and this is part of the reason. All I hear is bad news about it.

I understand. The whole country is permeated with some kind of toxic weed. We all know where it came from.
Nevertheless Düsseldorf (am Rhein) is a nice City and it is the only City in Germany which is free from debt.

I thought it was 8th Air force? Bomber command?

Gee Hollowmile, I don’t know what to say, my shocks that you’re experiencing came in the form of natural disasters, Hurricane Irene, few blizzards, and an f-4 Tornado.

None the less I know that pit in your stomach you’re feeling, stay safe and avoid the mobs, the cops, all the people, crazy just happens! We don’t want it happening to YOU!

Plan your mob and fire escape! Know your way out in any situation!

Stay safe and please keep us posted!

Some even claim that law enforcement sends agent provocateurs into the protests in order to create probable cause.

I have a friend who in 2011 during the Occupy Movement saw a group of guys stirring s~~~ up and one dropped a badge on accident during a scuffle as many of the more peaceful protesters were trying to pull a group of them away from some damage they were doing. My buddy left the country that same year, never to come back to this day.

I thought it was 8th Air force? Bomber command?

For the first time the American Eighth Air Force were invited to join in with a Bomber Command ‘battle’. B-17 Fortresses would fly 252 daylight sorties in the two days following the first of four RAF night raids. The American targets were all industrial and included the U-boat yard

The 8th worked the day shift…

Looks bad but i don’t know what they expect when they place G20 to Hamburg.

I would stay put tonight and tomorrow, from what i hear 100k people are there tomorrow to make chaos.

I remember when the WTO had their summit in Seattle. It turned Seattle into a war zone. The empire is going to burn to the ground.

Thanks Autolite, I knew the RAF was involved but forgot they did the night shift. I can only imaging the 8th fighter command would be sitting with their hands in their pockets instead of trying to hunt ME-109s in the dark. Did Germany send up interceptors at night? I know I prefer sneaking around in the dark!

Yeah, the Occupy Movement is plagued by the same underhanded tactics as the G20 Summit protests. Tactics employed to deal with civil unrest can be worse than the protests. It’s like a case of the cure is worse than the disease.

Take the labor strikes of the early 20th century for example, they were peaceful until hired goons were employed by management, Then once truckloads of men wielding bats, bricks & chains started busting heads people started retaliating. After that it was labor riots, not protests.

There’s a long history which precedes the current state of affairs & both sides have blood on their hands, assuming there’s only only two sides, which would be foolish.

geez I wonder whose going to pay for the excessive vandalism and damaged property. Surely the left, whose responsible for this, will do so, no? And it’s so nice to see so many people not working and doing productive things instead. A bright future indeed.
