Funny argument about the number of women in scientific engineering roles

Well like always… in my country, people whine and cry that there are not so many women in advance position and I had a bit of an argument with a Mangina about it

Mangina: “You see, almost everyone here are men”

Roy: “Yeah, it was the same at my previous company (thinking to myself how much I hate working for this one by the way)

Mangina: “it something with the industry, it doesn’t like women”

Roy:” Hmmmm Bob, what’s the percentage of females in science degrees in academic establishments?”

Mangina: “what does it have to do with it”

Roy: “What is the prerequisite to work as an engineer in most companies? (aside from this lame ass company, thinking to myself)

Mangina: “Academic Degree majoring in science subjects”

Roy:”There you have it, answer the question”

Mangina: “Pretty low”

Roy: ” Do females get discriminated in applying to college?”

Mangina:”Probably not”

Roy: “Do females drop out of college because of their gender”

Mangina: “No, examiners don’t know the identity of the examinee when they check one’s exam”

Roy: “So let’s summarize our discussion, you are saying that women are discriminated awfully, yet the fact of the matter is that they simply choose to learn other professions and people blame us for discriminating them, even though they are not so many women holding a degree that allows them to be part of the industry, so you tell me? who is to blame, us? our managers? society? or the woman’s parents who teaches her not to achieve anything significant in life and simply marry someone who did.
So do me a favour Bob, I might be an MGTOW man – look it up, but I don’t think women are stupid and unsucessful, I think they choose to appear stupid, and I really don’t mind working with women but they are not interested in my profession, so no one else is to blame for it.

This guy’s liable to start telling you his marital problems next. You really spelled it out for him. He sounds like he’s married. Am I right?

yeah he likes to spit out this kind of stuff, because it gets him an higher score with his wife.

You know, I even think women have advantage over men in my industry, because there is such of a small percentage of them, it’s easy for them to get a job if they have the same skill set as other male candidates, because work places want diversity in gender and they probably already have enough men.

females in my industry, just like to think small, they want simple roles in large corporations, because those are the places where you can slack of work and no one will do anything to you.
I work for small companies because you learn more in them but you also work 10 hours a day and sometimes also weekends and middle of the night. Women don’t want this kind of roles, that’s why they stay behind, they want to be with someone who does.

I am not worried because I’m going to resign my job soon anyway, besides he might me Mangina but he will keep it to himself
