I’m watching him for the last 16 years and I can say he is either mental ill or extrimely hates its own nation. Here is the opinion that Putin is not real. Of course it’s a pretty stupid theory for teens, but all the people I had accidentally talked with were agree that Putin before 2006 and Putin after 2006 these are two different persons by its behaviour.

Russians (eastern Europeans ) look menacing for some reason to me. I think its due to their seriousness. Or maybe, its just that they are so damn Manly or something. Even the women can be really intimidating.

But when you actually meet one, and they let their guard down, oh Dear god they are sweethearts and nice people.

The kind you know you can depend on when you know you need a person for the job.

Now, if you are going to buy anything from them… Well you better be careful. Boy do they strike a hard deal!

I always worry about when I hear this. THis is the same sentiment I got from my Sons grandfather. Guess what kind of man he was?

I guess its just my bad experience. When a man you thought was good and could trust is what they preach against. It hits home really hard.

Truth is. Sometimes, Karma takes to long it seems. I guess the world has its plans.

In France, men who are very good friends will do the three kisses on the cheek (sometimes two, but around Annecy it’s 3). Maybe not everywhere, but at least in the areas I’ve been to / lived in. I’ve seen it between Italians and Spanish males do the same.

Normally it’s reserved for very good friends. With women, it’s usually a handshake on the first meeting, and then either 2 or 3 cheek kisses from then on (depending on region as well as age, children do not do this to adults, but may do it in their own social groups, as they get older (mid to late 20s) it becomes slightly more universal across the age groups)

Does that mean that the men are gay? Surely not, it’s purely a cultural way of saying you’re a very good friends.

As a German, it was strange the first time I experienced this (with women and men) but you get used to it.

I tend to avoid it as I personally am not that confortable unless I know the person well. But some women take it as offensive. I don’t care, I’m different.

With my close friends from Bavaria (farmers and farmer’s sons) it’s a full “man hug”. My northern German friends (Berlin / Leipzig) it’s a hand-shake.

I’ve seen similar things in the eastern European countries between male friends (in the Czech Republik and Poland), but usually when you haven’t seen someone for a while. I can only imagine that Russia may be similar.

People and cultures are different, it’s what makes the world interesting. It seems to me that in cultures where life is harder they tend to have more expressions of affection / valuing of a friendship than the West or Far East.

I’m curious what kind of a friendship may be between unfamiliar to each other a six year olds boy and an adult man?
