With this president and after that 49ers guy, I wouldn’t be surprised. Obama apologized going in, and he’s still showing resentment of it while going out. He hasn’t gotten better.

Don’t think it is real. He would do nothing right now that would “tarnish” his “legacy” in his mind. Taking a knee during the anthem is a political career killer. He may be an “obamination” in the whitehouse and one of the worst presidents to date (tie with Carter) but he is a political animal. Taking a solid stand one way or another is not in his nature.

In general, I prefer someone taking a knee over what happened last night in Charlotte. That said, taking a knee is telling the leaders that you aren’t happy with the way they are leading our country. Since he IS the leader, he’s protesting his own leadership (assuming it’s real). That’s pretty ironic.

If you truly believe in the First Amendment, then you have to be for it when you don’t agree with what someone is saying. I for one don’t have a problem with a silent protest during the National Anthem. I do have a problem with antagonizing police officers and being outraged when they keep the peace. And burning things in the streets and vandalizing and looting. That’s not a protest, that’s anarchy.

Maybe Obama was just bowing down to Queen Hillary????
