One of the easiest ways to relieve your frustration is to laugh at whatever or whomever is frustrating you. Just laugh at their lack of intelligence, desperation, foolishness or whatever it may be. Instead of letting yourself get frustrated, turn it around on them and just LAUGH.
Laughter is known to improve your mood.
– It reduces stress hormones
– It convinces your mind that your problems are a lot smaller
– It triggers the release of pain killing endorphins, further improving your mood
– It improves your health as it improves the immune system, lowers blood pressure, helps more oxygen reach the brain and improves the operation of your heartHell, if you are the cause of your frustration, then just laugh at yourself. It really works.

Great post. Life is meant to be experienced and lived. Frustration causes us to close ourselves off, and cut off experiencing that which is good in life.
