Hey Bitch! Shut Up And Go Make Me A Turkey Pot Pie!

The common trope most people turn to when the words “Domestic Violence” enter their consciousness, is the irrationally angry, emotionally inadequate Tasmanian Devil of Toxic Masculinity that looks for every opportunity to oppressively black her eye for the slightest indiscretion. He is most likely wearing his eponymous shirt if not shirtless and is often times an alcoholic who drinks to dull the pain from having a small dick.
Images of a woman cowering in the corner while an obviously psychotic strawman fallaciously holds a belt ready to punish her, dance like sugar plumbs through the minds of the morally righteous. If she would only listen!

After being in the bail bond business for over ten years and dealing with domestic violence cases literally hundreds of times, I can say that this stuff is factually accurate. Guys that behave this way do exist, and there are many women who suffer this horrible kind of fate. I know because I have bonded these guys out of jail. I have seen it a handful of times, so of course it’s obvious to anyone with feelz that this is a catastrophic epidemic that needs sweeping legislation, pronto.

The reality is that these kinds of scenarios are pretty rare compared to the assault and domestic violence cases that typically come across my desk. I don’t see a lot of those guys because they don’t go to jail that often. Usually the cops don’t get called on these men because either A) as some around here might say “He’s got that s~~~ on lock down”, so she ain’t calling the cops or B) He is using various methods of abuse to keep her from leaving and calling the police because of mental gas lighting and Stockholm syndrome, depending on how ya look at it. Either way, she picked him, so f~~~ her. The point is, the trope is way over blown and it doesn’t quite fit the realities that I have noticed from my sideline view of the matrix. I don’t have any statistical data to cite my assertions to, and yes, I realize that anecdotal evidence is s~~~ evidence. With that in mind, I can assure you that all of my following assertions are totes legit you guize!

I would say that about thirty percent of the people I get out of jail on assault or domestic violence cases are women. So while they still have a ways to go to catch up to men in order to achieve the equality they so richly deserve, they will never match men’s superiority at getting arrested. With the women that I have bonded out on assault and domestic violence charges, I have noticed a hopeful trend. They are coming out of jail with battle scars.

A couple of weeks ago, I bailed out an HB3 5’3 215lbs. white land whale. She was a late-night Denny’s waitress starter kit who was arrested for assault family violence charges. She had a black eye and a little swelling around her upper lip; still had a little dried blood-snot crusting in the corner of her left nostril.
As she sat there filling out her paperwork (her mom in the car), I asked the obligatory question, “So what happened?”
She snarled a little as she said, “It’s such bulls~~~”
    “It always is”, I said.
“Hell, I’m the one with the black eye and bloody nose, but I go to jail? Look what he did to my arms!”
There where bruises on the inside of her wrists that looked to be about the width of a man’s thumbs. I have caused bruises like that while trying to restrain someone when arresting them. I wonder if he was trying to restrain her? No…no f~~~ing way. The patriarchy would never allow such a beta response to an irrational woman. It had to be oppressive violence as a means to suppress her obviously strong independence to compensate for his mommy issues.
“And those cops were dicks! Taking me to jail but I’m the one that got beat up”.

TRANSLATION: “I picked a fight with a man, got my ass kicked like a man, so I called the police because I’m just a girl who needs protection from this violent oppressor who doesn’t understand my needs. And because I am fat and ugly, these Red Pill? (probably would’ve arrested HIM if she was hot) cops revoked my pussy pass and arrested me instead!” It is encouraging to see this happening more and more, but this is still a small sample of the cases I see.

The ones that I typically see breakdown into three categories: The Gladys Kravitz, The Big Misunderstanding, and the oldie but goodie, Let’s You And Him Fight. These defendants are all men and they make up a rather large bulk of my assault and domestic violence caseload. Dalrock has already beautifully described the Let’s You and Him Fight scenario, so I won’t go into it here. I’ll link to his article at the bottom. But I’ll give a breakdown of the other two. (I’ll TRY to make it brief, but don’t count on it)

    The Gladys Kravitz

Gladys: “ABNER! ABNER! DARRIN IS BEATING THE S~~~ OUT OF SAMANTHA AGAIN!!”
And of course she knows this because she can hear yelling. At this point, the strong independent woman has lost all her grrrll power to compete in the violence market place with the misogynists, so she needs rescuing from her loss of agency to someone who is obviously her inferior. So Gladys calls the cops while Abner minds his own business doing his crossword puzzle. The cops show up, hilarity ensues.

    The Big Misunderstanding

This happens when the guy is filling out his paperwork in my office after his release while his “victim” sits nearby looking on with either matronly stern supervision or sheepishly demure remorse, depending on the circumstances. Of course, I ask the obligatory question,” So…what happened?”

“Oh…it was all just a big misunderstanding”.

    TRANSLATION:
Stern woman, “I picked a fight like a man, he dared to fight back like a man, so I called the cops because I am just a girl who needs rescuing from the mean potential rapist. And since the cops believed my bulls~~~ story without any evidence despite my histrionics and his calm demeanor, they took him to jail”.

Demure woman: “We were arguing and his yelling while telling me what a dumb c~~~ I am, scared me so I called the cops because I think they are my own personal referees when I want him to calm down. I didnt want him to go to jail and even admitted to the police that he didn’t touch me. Yet, since the Duluth Model benefits me and I’m still kinda mad at him for calling me a dumb c~~~, I’ll milk the victim hood for a little while because dopamine is a helluva drug. I am hoping that if I act apologetic enough, he won’t leave me….so I can do it again later when the time is more adventageous for me to divorce him; since clearly there is now an established pattern of abuse that will make my future alimony payments double because reasons”.

What I think is the double whammy in a lot of these scam cases is the fact that the woman can file an Affidavit For Nonprosecution with the DA to request that charges not be filed. This gives her more leverage against him because it’s Jump Through Her Hoops, or she will hang you in court. Unfortunately, even if she does file the Affidavit, the DA can (and usually does) pick up the case and prosecute anyway for “the victim’s protection” of course, because obviously he has intimidated her into dropping the charges against her will and better judgement despite her Bachelor’s Level of Strength and Independence. It is important to show The People that they are “tough on crime” and won’t tolerate Violence Against the Phallically Disadvantaged. The fact that they will milk the guy for several thousand in legal and probation fees has nothing to do with it all, you cynical asshole.

TL;DR Version: While women are going to jail a little more often for instigating violence from men or being directly abusive to men, they still have quite a ways to go before the Feminist Utopia of Gender Equality can be acheived.

Maybe it would be helpful to document the stats for future use. When the courts change, as they must in time, we will need true stats to know what changes to make.
Don’t get me wrong. I am not a mangina. It just that the genie is out of the bottle and no one wants a return to the fifties.

    M52:

Compiling stats would be a good idea. I may consider doing that. There are other aspect of my job where keeping track of certain Red Pill trends would probably make for some interesting analysis. However, I probably will only be doing this for another 2-3 years. I could try and keep some kind of records of these trends during that time. It would be and interesting project, but would be very hard for me to reserve the time and energy to realistically do it due to the chaotic nature of my job. But I will definitely give that some serious consideration. Might just start a little black book with some simple categories that I can make quick notations in so it doesn’t have to be such a big deal. I may just do that.

    Honestly
Ass kicking rarely drop out of the sky. There is always cause and effect.
For every man who beats his wife unprovoked, there are tens (if not hundreds) of thousands who dont.

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

Yeah. And anytime someone asks, “What lead up to all this:, the common response is, “Quit victim blaming!”

Because of course, she did NOTHING to precipitate the event.
