this is exactly correct. In countries where prostutition is legal or at least “semi-legal”, marriage and coupling have a more realistic value assigned to it.

For the specific example, there’s no good way to tell what’s going on. It could be an escort looking for business on PoF, it could be a fake PoF account using the escorts pictures….who knows.

As far as the morality of prostitution…that’s such a weird concept to me. For most issues of morality, it’s pretty clear to see. Murder has it’s logical ill effects. Lying is easy to understand. But prostitution? It’s payment provided for services rendered. How is it different for the guying mowing a lawn, fixing your sink, or giving you a medical checkup? Is it because it has to do with the body? If so, then why is a massage legal?

I understand why women are against it since it takes away from their benefits in relating to men. But even historically in times where men were very dominate, the practice was frowned upon. Perhaps women were influential on the morality of it back then. Not sure.

In some ways, perhaps we see it as selling short, lacking full intimacy. The full girlfriend experience. Or perhaps because it seems better if it’s mutually desired.. I don’t know.

I personally have never tried and don’t feel that comfortable about it. I must admit that it has a lot to do with the social stigma. I have gone to strip clubs before, and even that isn’t something I’m proud of or would want to discuss openly. Then again, I don’t talk about masturbation sessions or even passed sexual encounters in general, so why is a strip club or escort any different?

The fact that a woman has had past sex, or will have sex with someone else after me…doesn’t bother me too much. Sure, if it effects her body then it does, but the knowledge of past and future events doesn’t bother me.

The whole thing is just weird, and I don’t really understand why.

I went on a couple of dates with a girl from POF and asked to borrow her laptop. I open the browser and the screen it is on is Fab Swingers, a website for no strings sex. I later find out she also has 2 or 3 FWB who come over once a month or so to f~~~ her.
