and so in honor of our MGTOW chef,https://youtu.be/-ZMevpv7T2s
i , the sous chef will put some effort into the cooking dept.
beavis and butthead have figured out 4 recipes .
you can take their ideas and do it too.
    or improve on them..

i hope that helped inspire you to cook at home,
    and save time and money.
    it’s simple
and if you have a few ingredients you can do it.

    you need..
a chef knife or a sharp knife anyway
    a cast iron skillet
    some butter
    milk
    eggs
    bread
    potatos
    onions
    salt and pepper
    ..this is a good start.
as you begin to cook for yourself,
you aquire a little more at a time..
vanilla extract..helps make french toast taste way better.
a jar of pickles helps make a sandwich better and lasts a long time in the fridge.
    olives too.
get food items that last a while.
hard cheeses like cheddar..lasts longer than soft cheeses.
some chedder in an omlette kicks up the flavor.
hot sauce..lasts a long time and kicks up the flavor.
    ..use your imagination..
    you will be amazed!

    thanks irishmghow..
on the weekend i usually hit a deli and get,
    virginia ham
    sliced asiago cheese
    some good bread
    already have mustard,
pickles and i get a couple bell peppers..
roast the peppers ( it’s easy).
and peel off the burnt skins fro them,
slice em up and add a hit of balsamic vinegar and a little brown sugar..
    makes a beautiful sandwich !!!

if you make the peppers like this,
add some balsamic and some brown sugar..
use some and the rest will last about 2 weeks in the fridge.
i like items that last .
cook once and enjoy several times!
