start with this 10 minute workout

then move on to more complex workouts.

I really like there channel its totally free HIIT is fun keeps you motivated and moving.

Did the 10 minutes workout today it burned me silly my cardio is suffering, if you compare this to Insanity cost 180$ and is very dangerous i blew up one knee doing that theses workouts are a lot safer.

The 20 minutes workout is intense LOL i am gonna get comfortable with the 10 minutes first then move on to other workouts. I don’t do cardio for fat loss more for energy and staying awake. I stop training in gyms i just hate it. Train at home. There are tones of free stuff on youtube and its pretty good too to get in great shape.

Brother Yanick, I noticed in other posts that you have had chronic back problems ,I’m sorry to hear that. As a 43-year-old scoliotic myself I found planking is good for building up core strength. There is a 28-day planking program easily found online where you add more time each day and have rest days, it’s intense. I highly suggest it for your back especially, but you can feel it all over. Get ripped and thrive!

Thanks there is a lot of plank in the HIIT program i just posted. I will look into that program the back is now fine thanks to PRP and prolotherapy the hips are still snapping a bit so ligament laxity in there will see in the next treatment come February. I can train now at least and do very well in the db squats. Up to around 8 sets of db squats along my regular program. Thanks again
