Just ran into this from reddit.

This is an interesting case of a young black man who goes to a 21 and over bar, meets a woman, goes back to his house, and she turns out to be 17 yo. She accuses him of rape, he is arrested, tried and convincted by a jury. He says they never even had sex. That’s quite a contradicting story.

Now, I don’t know all the details but there is a website dedicated to this man’s freedom. I would like to invite you all to read about him and make your own judgments. There are definitely some things that put doubt on the woman’s story.

It’s a f~~~ed up world out there and things have sure changed. It sure isn’t safe to play the pump and dump out there anymore. There’s just too much uncertainty stacked against men.

This kind of thing happened over here in Houston a few years ago. I think I made a post on it. News sites were posting all about a man that they were on the hunt for that was an alleged “pedophile.” Of course, they were using that word very loosely as usual. The girl ended up being about 15 if I remember correctly, but she said she was 19 and had an ID (it was fake) to show she was. He was about 25.

The comments rolled in from white knights and women, saying they hoped the man gets caught and raped and/or murdered in prison. “Pedophile, creep, fugitive,” they called him. He apparently had run off after she admitted to her parents they slept together and the parents went after the guy, telling him over the phone they would find him.

I forget any other details, but he was eventually caught and put in jail. I only know this because some people I know personally knew the guy and said he was never that bad of a guy.

Even if they have a fake ID and you meet them in an otherwise adult environment, YOU as the man still face charges while she walks away without anything for lying. It’s like society WANTS us to only sleep with, date, or marry old post-wall hags. That’s what reminded me about the story I mentioned…the fact that a younger woman can walk her way into a place that’s supposed to be for adults only (or 21+), where we believe they are, and then they get away with something like this. Then again, I guess even ALL women do something like this to a degree.

In my opinion they are the ones putting men at risk to begin with. Then the females take advantage of that.

The most disturbing aspect of this case is:

A complete and total lack of objective physical evidence.

For a crime (rape) that by definition is an inherently physical act.

Now. Just think about that for a minute.

And there is a racial component to this case.

I say that because a white college guy (swimmer and frat clown) was caught (witnesses) a year ago on top of an unconscious chick behind a building, having sex with her. He got probation.

Albert Wilson is in prison for twelve years.

In the white guys case: forced intercourse occurred with witnesses.

In Albert Wilson’s case there is no evidence that sex occured. And he was sentenced to 12 years.

Guilty simply of possession of BBC with a white accuser.

I thought there was a thing about reasonable doubt in criminal justice. There is no evidence and it is clear the girl is a liar because she was in an over 21 bar. How can one not acquit? -Because vagina, perhaps racial bias too. Anyway it stinks.

Did he have a choice to not have a JURIED trial? Dont you get the option of the Judge him/herself deciding the verdict?

What kind of fvcked up jury sentenced this black kid to 12 years of prison with absolutely no evidence? And the evidence we do have looks like this:

a. they were gone from a bar approximately 20 mins at max — over a month later she claims she was raped.
Why not claim the rape that night? Why not the next day? Why not even 2 weeks later?

b. footage at the bar shows consent. Holding hands and kissing together. She even left the bar voluntarily with him (umm, why would you do that if you weren’t about to get jiggy?)

c. no cum stains, no bloody panties, no black eye…

The fvcking Jurors should be executed by firing squad dude, how the fvck to come up guilty based on nothing but one drunk c~~~s testimony that goes against all the facts. I dont think it has anything to do with race, do not pull that can of worms out, PLENTY of white kids get prison time for false rape accusations. The point is… the JUSTICE system is broken in this country, always has been. What ever happened to the Presumption of Innocence or how about Due Justice and EVIDENCE.

Im a victim of the Judicial system too but not having to do with sexual assault or even violence at all. I got paperfvcked for “Evading Arrest” and “DUI” … I was INDIGENT and could not afford representation. I couldn’t BUY MY WAY OUT with a lawyer and get the charges dropped or lessened. I had to serve it out from the words “You have the right to remain silent…”

Oh sure, they offered me Deferred Adjudification after I served a a few weeks. Sure, we’ll drop you to a Misdemeanor and let you out, the only catch is that you have to be on Probation for 7 years! That is insane. We all know its crazy because what happens is that in the next seven years, if you get so much as a Public Intox or pop on a Urine test for anything, inlcuding alcohol… BAM… straight to the Pen.

There is no way out of the Justice system without MONEY. Thats one problem. The next is that we allow dumbfvcks to be Judges. Not sure if you noticed lately but after 8 years of Obama, there is a predominance of LEFTIST NUTTERS runing all levels of local and federal government, from county clerks to brass seats in the military… up and down a bunch of CUCKS and WOMEN. For one thing it would have shown him she lives with her parents and is underage so he has the opportunity to bail before she has any plausibility for her lies. For another it keeps her from knowing his address and therefore full identity so it’s harder for her to target her lies at him. And so on.

See above. Also breaking and entering is much harder to prove. The fact of the matter is she’s underage. She alleges they fu​cked. He claims they didn’t. That’s hard to prove either way (so they fall back on bulls~~~ “listen and believe”). But a breaking and entering charge requires evidence of breakage and entering. Also a police report from the time of entry. If he was breaking and entering, why didn’t she (or rather, her parents) call the police?

But she’s underage. It’s not her place.

That is why you always go to ‘her’ place and never to your own. It gives you an opportunity to scope things out and bail at the first hint of anything untoward such as her parents answering the door.

Any sex between the two of them if she had said it was consensual would have been legal.

As opposed to any sex between the two of them, if she had said it was consensual, falling into the category of ‘statutory rape’

Underage / minor / statutory rape.

In that particular stage, a guy can have consensual sex with a girl that is 17 years old if he is under the age of 21 (and there is less than 3 years / 36 months between both parties in terms of age)

Once again: No aspect of this case, including anything that was presented at trial and/or related to the original charge has anything to do with the alleged victim’s age. Nothing. It was not even relevant at the trial. The trial pertained to whether or not the sex was consensual or forced.

But he is not under 21. He met her at a licensed bar that does not allow minors, remember?

Moreover there is no rape kit in this case. No evidence of sexual intercourse. But there doesn’t have to be because she is a minor, and he is not, so anything they might do, consensual or not, intercourse or not, would be considered “molestation” etc. He was convicted (wrongly) because the court assumed they must have done “something” even though there is zero actual evidence of anything.

Meanwhile at least one teacher a week gets busted for molesting extremely minor male students, but nothing ever happens to them. Because “equality” somehow?
