It is done like this to discourage the buyers to actually pay for sex because it would be too dangerous for them to do it, yet it is also done in a way to protect the sex workers, because the sex workers are suppose to be the victims out of all this in the eyes of society because people are supposedly taking advantage of them. Already the old Harper government did the same sort of law in Canada and he is a conservative.

    There’s a way around that.

    Not to “pay for sex”.
But to pay her to get the f~~~ out AFTER sex.

    That’s not illegal.

I know it sounds like a joke, but imagine negotiating with a prostitute and recording it on your phone. “NO — to be clear — you’re gonna f~~~ me for free. And I’m gonna give you $200 to shut up, put your clothes back on, take a cab home, and never expect me to call again.”

That’s not illegal at all. You’re not “paying for sex”, and it’s explicitly understood and stipulated. You show her the cash, put it on your mantle, she gets paid on the way OUT – not before.

If they are going to try and nail you on a dumb technicality, make sure they can’t!

    Just a thought.

It’s called the “Nordic Model” or “Swedish Model”, albeit inaccurately.

It’s a product of the usual feminist double-think which SJWs, social engineers, and similar types believe reflexively. The “thinking” behind it has prostitution being an act of “male violence” against women. Thus all prostitutes are “innocent” victims forced or seduced into sex work by “immoral” men.

You’ll notice how in this model the women are not only absolved of all agency in their lives, but they’re also assumed not to be culpable for their decisions. Once again, women want to be treated like children when it’s to their advantage.

In the same model, men, unlike women, are completely responsible for their acts and culpable for their decisions. Therefore they must be punished.

It’s the same thinking that, when two teenagers engage in consensual sexual intercourse, sees the boy charged with statutory rape while the girl walks away.

It’s just another Pussy Pass our Little Friends and their fellow travelers have fashioned for themselves.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

I know that you are not being serious but one reason why it is even dangerous at all for the buyer to even pay for sex is because you are at the sex worker’s mercy and the sex worker can say whatever he/she wants on you. The sex worker can even try to blackmail you if the sex worker can play his/her cards right. If you are going to pay for sex in France, you might have to find a trustworthy sex worker, but you might actually get burned a few times till you actually find a trustworthy sex worker worth going to repeatedly and yet you will always be at the sex worker’s mercy throughout the whole business arrangement.

Ahhh, the country that made DNA testing without mum’s consent illegal, is at it again.

As the Internet is my witness, if they pass laws like this in Sydney I will stand on a street corner in Taylor’s Square and proposition every woman I see. Because that part will then be legal…

I know that you are not being serious

    I kinda AM serious!

one reason why it is even dangerous at all for the buyer to even pay for sex is because you are at the sex worker’s mercy

Yes, right and true… so you re-write the rules. The exchange happens on YOUR terms or it won’t happen at all. “Im paying you to get the f~~~ out and not hound me for a goddam relationship or expect me to call you again.”.

Make it clear you’re NOT “paying for sex”.
    You’re paying her to LEAVE.

Take the stance with the whore that the only reason you would be interested in any kind of association is because women are f~~~ing annoying with the hanging around, the f~~~ing cuddling, the taking her to brunch the next day… and quite frankly you’re sick of that s~~~! “I’m paying you to make sure the morning sun light doesn’t hit your face”.

You’re paying her to SHUT THE F~~~ UP AND GET THE F~~~ OUT WHEN YOU’RE DONE.

    I think it’s a tremendous idea.

There’s prostitution going on in every restaurant tonight. Instead of taking her out for dinner and listening to her for 3 hours yammering on about golden retriever puppies and her hopes and dreams…. you want to bypass all that s~~~, just f~~~ her and give her money to go away instead.

“Officer, after I finished pleasuring her, I gave her $200 to not speak, put her clothes back on and get out”.

    Man wins.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

This does not affect me, like, at all. Paying for sex? Why would I pay for something that’s a mutual exchange of intimicy? That’s stupid. Paying a whore to leave at least makes sense. But I bet the law enforcers won’t see it like that. So I do not pay for sex. Ever. There are enough girls who want to have sex with me for free. Because SMV.

Keymaster, I am not so sure that the police would even buy it. There is a lot of uncertainty that a lot can go wrong if people did the sort of deal that you suggest. But I do agree that there is a slight chance that it might work but we would be playing with fire here.

I am not so sure that the police would even buy it.

So you phrase it like this:

“Officer, after I finished pleasuring her, I gave her $200 to not speak, put her clothes back on, get out and I paid for her cab fare and a huge tip for the driver. Because I didn’t want to pleasure her AND make her breakfast. DO YOU MIND?”.

    Man wins.

You can even say “OFFICER!!!! YOU KNOW IT’S ILLEGAL TO PAY A WOMAN FOR SEX!!! I WOULD NEVER DO THAT!! THAT’S WHY I PAID HER TO GET THE F~~~ OUT!! IS THAT CLEAR?? I WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL!!”

What a laugh riot. It would be so much fun. You can be 100% honest about what you’re paying for, and they can’t do s~~~.

Next time some woman in France (best would be in Paris; the capital of “luuurve”) at a bar approaches you and asks:

: Will you buy me a drink..?

: I know why you ask this, lady. Eventually effectively yes. But (*start recording now*) here is the deal:
You buy your drink I will buy mine. Once we’ve been to yours/mine and have been in bed I’ll leave the money for your drink on the table, so you take it once I’ll be out/on your way out never to be seen or heard from again, ok..? After all the price of STDs is overrated anyway. The same goes for “no strings attached sex” and/or romantic relationships. Any more questions, love..? Suit yourself to leave now if you don’t like it, but in that case I won’t pay you to do so. It’s your call, all power to you, because you asked for it.

I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body. Back to the plantation..? Me..? Hey, literally: I won't ever fucking kid myself...YZERLMNTSIC

By the way… I have to tell you tis story…. TRUE story.

When I was 17, I was in Europe for the first time (on my own like an exchange student) and I spent a week in Paris. Directly in front of the Paris Opera is a street where I was approached by French Police officer who mistakenly thought I was an underage male prostitute.

    Seriously!

I had no f~~~ing idea but apparently that street is where they hang out! When he heard me speak he could tell I wasn’t from France. “Je suis un tourist!!!Je suis un tourist!!!” It saved my ass too. (Probably twice that night)

Butt seriously. He scared the s~~~ out of me – like he was looking to bust me. It was just a wrong place at the wrong time thing. I thought I was in the twilight zone. When I told the family I was staying with they laughed their heads off, but it wasn’t funny at the time.

If France keeps implementing sweeden’s feminist laws and f~~~ing up like this, they would end with Marine LePenn as president.

"We didn't start the fire. It was always burning. Since the world's been turning" "A world that vilifies men only breeds a generation of men that feel no empathy towards women" “In a woman’s mind , there is really no such thing as a ‘we’. In her eyes, earth allways revolves around her, not the other way around. So thinking that your needs , aspirations or desires are valid enough to be persued, or even that you are entitled achive such goals, is like asking your boss for a pay rise in your very first day at the job.”

Another gender law? on top of the already three billion gender laws! Oh goodie!

Keep making all the gender laws they want! I walked out on society, why? LAWS! Every frigging one of them designed AGAINST ME!

Men are are so covered in the shackles and chains of written law that it’s cheaper to send him to the smelter than to cut all the chains!

The endless gauntlet of social engineering laws have put manhood to shame, and society insane!

Break the chains by not garbing yourself in them in the first place! AVOID THE LAW! DON’T PLAY THE GAME! If not, one day you will be facing the smelter’s flames.

A young man has the opportunity to FLY AWAY.

A little older he has the opportunity to RUN AWAY.

A little older he’s WALKING AWAY.

A little older he’s LIMPING AWAY.

A little older he’s CRAWLING AWAY.

A little older he’s THROWN AWAY.

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE! Ghost and be flame proof!

Your choice, journey through the legal maze where walls are arbitrarily slipped in place, only to be corralled to the finish line where YOU GO UP IN FLAMES!
Or spread your MGTOW wings and fly high above all the smoke and flames, never to set foot in that GOD DAMNED LEGAL MAZE! ….

So I do not pay for sex. Ever.

Wrong, you ALWAYS pay for sex one way or another be it emotionally, physically or financially, there is ALWAYS a price to be paid.

I wonder if the Frenchists are going to make purchasing sex outside France illegal too? So if Monsieur Le Frog hops it over to Thailand to get his poor limp gaelic excuse for a dick wet, will the gendarmerie be waiting for him upon his return? It’s the thin end of the wedge.

I was going to post this this morning. Good post and I agree with Bob_. Men have found a way to get laid that reduces their vulnerability from sacrificing everything they have worked for and their freedom. This law in France is aimed at keeping men from straying from their roles as mules. It’s hard to get fresh new members on the plantation while trying to keep the ones that they have from leaving when you can simply rent it.
Keep in mind now that in France, a prostitute can be working FOR the police like a CI without being an officer of the law. This means that whatever rights you expect from the police do not have to be extended by the prostitute who is working for the police. Entrapment is now out the window as well.
Since they feel that these woman are victims, the women must have a pimp or boyfriend that is making them do this. She should have to give the pimp up or the boyfriend and failure to do so says she isn’t a victim and is doing it on her own and should be held equally culpable.
I like Keymaster’s idea. To expand further on it, simply say that the money is cab fare home. If you are at her place then you could leave it in an unmarked envelope. Maybe in the seat cushions of the couch or somewhere where it looks like an accidental drop.
To sum it up, I feel this law in France is designed to make it less appealing for those who have stayed away from the plantation to stay off the plantation. It serves to keep men from straying off the plantation and make it undesirable for those who have left the plantation to stay away. I honestly hope that this doesn’t catch on in other parts of world. Especially here in the US.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

“The most important aspect of this law is to accompany prostitutes, give them identity papers because we know that 85% of prostitutes here are victims of trafficking,” Socialist MP Maud Olivier, who sponsored the legislation, told the Associated Press news agency.

How about remove the problem c~~~s like this from your government if you want me to keep buying and pimping your wine?
