My Canadian mate got me onto one of these to shave my head and face as razors gave me severe razor bumps. Seriously cannot recommend this enough, I got the SMART model and it is worth every cent.

Will never get as close as a razor. Try a Gillette Proglide Power with Cremo Cream. That’s coming from someone who has been shaving their head daily for over 20 years.

I don’t want really close, in fact i prefer the next day stubble without the razor bumps. I do my head and face in the evening before bed and next morning I have a very slight stubble without the shine.

That’s fine. Just some advice if you decide to – hot shower first and use cold water with your razor. Also, your head gets used to the shaving quickly so if you are doing it right you shouldn’t get razor bumps.
