I assume the minimum salary is $10 / hour.
I’m not an economist and dont know how GDP works but I watched a video about fiat currency. The currency used to be pegged to gold but now the currency is pegged to what people make. The more products people make the more money the government prints and the government of that country gets richer, not the people.

But isnt that stealing half of your work ?
Why the hell do we ask why we still work more than 8 hours per day after 2000 years despite of the massive industrialization.

Is this also considering the currency destroyed? If you only look at one end of the spectrum, it will always look bleak. The balance comes from the big picture.

It gets worst, you get bitcoin, wich don’t even exist, is mined “virtually” no one really knows what it is, and its value increase the most people use it.

I agree humans should be worked 4 hour days 3 times a week and still making enough for someone who works full time 40 hours a week. The internet and industrialization just made businesses more profitable.
