I always loved this, a 4 x 4 pan of gas on fire. Two MAN teams, you go right, I’ll go left.

Been doing this for 20 years. The instructor always says that’s how it is done.

    It was fun.

Now, for liability reasons this is what we do.

I put out a fire on a GD TV. Are you f~~~ing kidding me?

At least I know what to do when my TV is on fire.

We are officially a nation of pussys.

    How lame is that?
Does the TV simulate heat as well?
Who are we protecting by having a virtual fire instead of a real one?
    It’s not a computer game it’s a fire FFS

I worked at places that said I didn’t have to write a report unless I used 3 fire extinguishers.

Those days we wore fire fighter coats for protection.

Some pretzels burn hotter than others. Good times.

The government will buy anything. Any chance to spend someone else’s money on pure crap dressed up to look “safe”, they’ll do it.

As a retired firefighter that has actually used a few fire extinguishers back in the day, I’m insulted by this bulls~~~. Where is the BLACK smoke and the HEAT? That white smoke coming out of the machine is what is used in theater productions. Easy to breathe and see through. I won’t even discuss the weight of a full dry chemical or co2 extinguisher. Sorry for my rant.
