In a positive change for men, Betsy DeVos, secretary of Education to Trump, has released her decision for changes in the way university’s handle rape accusations on college campuses. In a clear win for those accused of rape on campus…and eventually to all of us…and for universities more frequently losing court decisions because the feminist inspired kangaroo courts on college campuses.

Basically, if your accused of rape on campus you get to have an attorney and the campus has to act like a court and have discovery, innocent until proven guilty. They don’t specify the level of truthiness that has to be present. Beyond the shadow of a doubt or preponderence of the evidence. I bet that the courts will hold that for such a serious crime that beyond a reasonable doubt will be ruled by the courts as necessary for conviction.

A total fail for Obumer and his feminist hags.

The feminists attacked the 40% of college students who were male and not chads from even asking for sex. I mean why shouldn’t a female student be saved from a dirty grimey sleazy creapy pimpled college man from talking to them.

I saw an article the other day about a college kid that god accused by his ex, whom he had apparently broken up with a couple months prior, of breaking into her place, sexually assaulting her, and cutting her up a bit with a box cutter. The cops came and grabbed him, processed him, and I think he spent a couple days in jail before they even actually told him what the charges against him were.

Funny thing…the time and date she had claimed all this happen, the kid was out somewhere with his mom. She posted a picture of them together on facebook that night. It was timestamped on facebook and investigators did some magic with her phone, which could verify the time and location the picture was taken uploaded from.

The cops let the kid go and dropped all charges. No charges were filed against the c~~~ who blatantly lied.

The school was still pursuing a Title IX investigation and the man may yet be kicked out. It blows my f~~~ing mind. There is evidence proving 100% he did not do what he was falsely accused of and that she had outright lied, and the school still wants the guys head on a pike.

There is nothing they can do about it. Although the thread title say law, this is not a law. These are regulations given down by the dept of education. The Dems can’t change that until they can control of the Presidency again.

They could try to create a law or something, but never get passed the senate. They may try to claim the regulations violate the constitution or something, but the new regulations are clearly moving towards due process, not away from it. There is no such thing as a right to an unfair trial.

I did a little more research and, despite what has been written before that Trump was supposed to, with the congress and senate pass a new law. This is just more bulls~~~. It is Title IX that is the real threat to men on campus. If men were smart and used it against women then it could be the biggest friend to the minority male population at college.

Maybe more serious than a law, if you broach the new guild lines then the school could lose federal funding.

I don’t know the situation in USA, but I’m not sure that Title IX could be actually used in by high numbers of men against the women.
Similar anti-discrimination laws in other countries have been neutred when men began to use them in their self-defense.

Men have begun using them in the US and are winning. A boy accused a girl of taking advantage of him because he was drunk. She was expelled.

My boss was Asian and he passed over a more qualified white candidate for a job that was already working for us for years. Instead he found a Chinese doctor and fired the white.

The white eventually complained and on the basis of avoiding a racism case they the white doctor a job.

In the US we take equality seriously and do not believe in reverse discrimination. It’s not in our constitution to treat any man or woman as less than equal. We f~~~ed it up for a few hundred years so we’re sensitive.

Maybe the US would attach the same policies as Europe but there are many times we don’t.
