Finally bought a motorcycle

I finally said f~~~ it and bought a motorcycle. I’ve been wanting to for a while now so I said f~~~ it and finally did. Women in my life tell me not to, and while I admit that there are some dangers in riding, I don’t think they have good intentions.

They realize that if I spend more time out riding, that means less time at work or at the house being a good slave. I’ve heard that when you get married or in a serious relationship that women always want the man to sell his nice car, his bike and so on and trade it in for a minivan. But the woman always gets to keep her s~~~. A man is supposed to sacrifice for the family while the woman doesn’t sacrifice s~~~.

So, they can complain all they want, I like riding. That’s another thing, women can’t stand to see men having fun without them. Whether you’re with friends, shooting guns, playing video games, watching sports, they can’t stand to see you give your attention to someone or something else. So f~~~ em.

I’m now the proud owner of a 2010 s1000rr. Suck my dick. That money won’t be spent on making some c~~~ happy, or giving her what she wants. I’m not going to sacrifice any more for some bitch who will never appreciate it and definitely never reciprocate it. Cheers.

I just got my motorcycle license last week. Been putting it off forever. 2 years ago I said I would, and now I finally did.

Yes I have heard some STRONG objections but I actually enjoyed irritating them. I also lost 2 friends on bikes – long before their time, so I won’t be buying one any time soon and Im not really much of a daredevil, thrill seeker or risk taker. i took lessons years ago..
got the license but never put the money together to buy one..
did a lot of dirt biking with friends out on long island and also the deserts in california and nevada..

I have met some very interesting people talking about bikes since I started pursuing my license. I met Katy Perry’s bodyguard when admiring his bike and our chat turned into a 4 hour conversation. And about a month ago (before the license) I was admiring these 6 parked police bikes (BMW 1200ZR?) and I ended up sitting down and chatting with 6 cops for an hour.

Not kidding!

I think I will probably be very tempted rent one for a weekend. I’ll pick it up on a Saturday and get up VERY early on a Sunday and stretch her legs when Im practically the only person on the road. That would be fun.

Ask yourself which women in your life are the ones showing that “concern”. I think you’ll find it’s exclusively women who expect to benefit by your life and labor.

Women don’t want “their” men to ride because if they get hurt or killed they won’t be able to provide for those women. That’s the only reason.

I can’t speak from personal experience, having always chosen the bike and cars over relationships, but I’ve seen it happen to others. It’s a common joke among the local riding community whenever a man quits riding. We say he had to quit because he had a bad, crippling accident.

Nice choice. First thing to do is bolt on some luggage loops so you can get some real use out of the pillion pad.

That being said, it’s a little squiddy if this is your first ever bike. Please tell me you have some riding experience and you have taken a safety course before going out on the highway.

See that’s a difference between men and women. A woman will try to order you not to ride. A man will advise you not to get killed.

Ha, almost all the women in my family freak out about motorcycles except my one aunt, who has a Harley. It looks awesome and I’ve been thinking about getting a motorcycle in the future as well.

I’ve always loved sport motorcycles. I don’t know any name brands and I’m not a big motorcycle nerd, but I definitely plan on getting one sometime in my lifetime.

Same here,been putting it off for 2 years and finally finished last weekend and got the license 2 days later.
