Isn’t it great? Stupid feminist admit the wage gap is bulls~~~ and it makes her own movement look like bunch of fools.

I agree, and have for a long time, that the frequently-cited 77 cents on the dollar thing is poorly researched, over-simplified, uncontrolled bunk that’s really hurting our cause to cite. I cringed when the president brought it up. It’s just so easy to debunk… anti-feminists ask, “When they made up that number, did they consider that more women leave work at 5 to pick up kids and took years off to have babies?” and researchers say “well no…” and anti-feminists say “WELL THEN WHY ARE YOU ASKING FOR EQUAL PAY FOR EQUAL WORK WHEN WOMEN AREN’T DOING EQUAL WORK?!” and the numbers fly out the window and the rest is history.

I am guessing that this feminist is one of the more rational thinkers.

The thing is, a lot of people, feminists among them have their minds already made up when they go to do research. They cherry pick results, and only read what fits their narrative and outlook. Instead of making an informed decision, they just keep repeating it over and over. Of course, by now everyone knows it’s bulls~~~.

Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.

It seems no one told these little girls it is all bulls~~~.

Honestly now, I consider getting a bunch of little girls to dress up as fairytale princesses and swear like sailors in order to drive home a fallacious point is child abuse. Getting children to behave in an unnatural and degrading fashion is child abuse, period. What were their parents thinking? Chargers should be brought against all adults involved.

I had to use this one on my mangina friend just yesterday. He went on some rant about how he believes that a woman deserves to be paid the same amount as a man for the same work and I cut him off in mid sentence with:

“In this country it is illegal to discriminate by sex when determining salaries. If it were perfectly legal for a business to pay a woman 77 cents on the dollar for the same exact job title, work hours, job risks, education, experienced hours worked, overtime worked, years worked, etc, then companies would simply hire women for every job.

Do you think there is a company in the entire country that wouldn’t f~~~ing LEAP at the chance to cut their payroll expenses by 23%?!

Is there any rich, white man who is so rich and so despising of women that he would pay a 29.8% wage premium across the board just to keep those scary women out of his company?

Do you think there is a lawyer or a DA or a court in this nation that would look the other way if someone brought suit and could prove that they’re being paid 77% of what the men in their office were being paid? Do you really believe that the vast majority of women in this country are actually in such a situation and NOBODY is doing ANYTHING about it?

If you had irrefutable proof of such discrimination on even an individual, much less such a widespread level, any rational attorney would take every one of those cases on spec and get F~~~ING FILTHY RICH.”

“Now, when we’ve instated selective services for women and have had 600,000 females die in direct combat with enemy forces, you can talk to me about equality. Until then, shut the f~~~ up.”

I’ve thrown that out there. When anybody tries to argue that, I destroy them. The fact that so many companies outsource work to India, China, etc. where the work is being done by men, women and children, proves that companies don’t care who does the work or even how well it is done (to an extent) but only how much it can be done for.

I don’t get it, why are those two words used together in a sentence without some form of negation?

I guess we have different meanings for the term MGTOW. I don’t get the point of keeping manginas around anymore than I see keeping women around. Actually less so, I can understand the use for women, and the women themselves seem quite willing to enter those types of arrangements exclusively, but what worth does a mangina have? And what is the point of discussing things with them?

If I could tolerate the blue pill bulls~~~ I would still be plugged in. Decades of hearing that bulls~~~ have made it so I can’t stand hearing it and certainly have no intention of arguing it. It’s not going to sink in, and these people are incapable of reason, logic, or any type of factual analysis.

Not so much rational as calculating.

Note that her complaint isn’t that the wage gap is a lie. Her complaint is that it’s such an EASILY REFUTED lie.

She’s not worried about the truth. She’s worried about protecting the feminist brand image.

Sidecar has it right. The superordinate goal of third wave feminism is to promote itself, not to achieve any resolution to any specific problem facing women in this day and age. Now that women are a majority here in the west, Feminism is a team in the final stages of a tournament, fighting for the Relevance Cup. This particular feminist is just p~~~ed off that the same old tired plays don’t get as much traction any more.

Swallow this RED PILL ===> Men will lay down their lives for their brothers, their women and their children. This makes Men useful as slaves. Women will lay down their lives for ONLY their children. To expect more from women is just a FANTASY created by society and reinforced by the unconditional love that we experienced from our Mothers. The key to freedom is the understanding that the woman you meet is not going to fantastically love you like your Mother did. If you buy into the fantasy, then she is your new master. If you do not buy into the fantasy, then she is nothing, and you retain your freedom.

Admittedly, the women at my employer do make less money overall generally speaking, but it is because we work on a merit point system. Pay is determined by dedication, involvement, experience, production, skill and citizenship, not by gender.

The females At my company miss 39% more work than males. They represent 67% of the human resource problems, are 72% more likely to change departments because of personality conflict with others and take 79% of all “family leave time” even though it’s available to everyone. The turnover rate for females is 50% higher for women so they tend to have lower seniority and therefore, make less money.

Now let’s talk about equality ladies.

I agree with sidecar on this. She isn’t at the point of thinking rationally on this yet, she’s just conceded that she can’t manipulate that particular stat to success.

Some of the other things she stated:

    – More controlled studies around that “unexplained” part of the wage gap, which is only a few cents, but nobody seems to have a reason for it. Coincidence I guess?

    That’s easy. Negotiation skills.

    – More questions about *why* women are always the ones who take years off when kids are little or when parents are aging and need help. What messages does society send women that makes men feel obligated to go breadwin, and women feel obligated to give up their careers?

Biology and necessity mostly. From my experience my ex wanted to stay at home to satisfy her motherly urges and to reduce her own stress. The idea that I stay at home was never on the table, because I didn’t want to, saw no real benefit to the kids, and living off her salary alone would have been financial disaster.

    – Waaay more questions about why women “choose” less lucrative careers. i’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, when I was in high school I really felt like the boys around me who didn’t know what to do would shrug and say, “well, maybe I’ll just be an engineer” but girls who didn’t know what to do would shrug and choose majors with much less promising job prospects. Total coincidence?

Because very few men believe that they can live the life they want with Daddy or Wife’s income and will therefore chose accordingly. A woman will go for a teaching degree knowing it will not financially support the lifestyle and kids she wants believing that someone else will pay for it.

    – A much harder look at why jobs with more women just tend to be lower paid. Why is teaching one of the lower paid entry-level jobs out there, when teachers are so important? Because public schools are funded with tax dollars, and the supply outweighs the demand? That never seems to be an issue when we discuss the salaries of college sports coaches. Total coincidence again?

She answers her own question. Supply and demand. High supply of teachers, average demand means mediocre salary. College sports coaches? Low supply (of high quality anyway) + high demand = great salary. What she’s really bothered by is that coaches are in high demand, but doesn’t want to admit that.

Anti-feminists will say again and again that any wage gap is about women’s choices. But if those choices are coerced, are they really choices, that’s my question.

Who’s coercing who? The two biggest factors effecting women’s career choices are biology and other women. Go complain to them.

    Ok. Then do it.

I will go further and tell you that it is amazing that women make 77 cents on the dollar for not doing any actual work. All they do is answer phones, send emails – none of which is actual work.
We have not one but two women working in a small company where I work. They make comparable wages, but don’t do any actual work where you need qualifications. You could teach a monkey to do their work. And even then – I have to tolerate their f~~~-ups with scheduling, they never go an extra mile of checking records, and sometimes they can’t even write the correct phone number on a piece of paper. And they get the same money I’m making? F~~~ THAT

Maybe you have known them a long time, maybe you have grown up together, maybe you just get along and like the guy, maybe you share common interests with him, maybe he has interesting points of view. There are lots of reasons to have friends who are manginas or even wimin. Just because you disagree with somebody about a fundamental issue doesn’t disqualify them from being a friend, not in my book anyway.
