And some of the videos are hilarious/frightening.  The MPH one would have made the whole read worthwhile even if it couldn’t stand on its own.

I agree that self aware men don’t do this as much or maybe to less extremes but all people do it to a point.  As is often the case it is not a black or white answer but a multifaceted hue.  The more you know about how it works the more you can avoid rationalizing yourself into illogical beliefs.
