Think we are looking at this wrong… If more men choke it, there would be less needs for abortions… as there would be less pregnancy. So should really be encouraging the first to prevent the latter.

Also the difference is one is free… the other costs potential tax dollars. However, if someone can show a real relationship between self pleasure and taxes… I’d love to see those mental gymnastics.

Well this is clearly just another communist plot to rob us of our precious bodily fluids.

Texas has one of the largest prison populations in the United States, exceeding 150,000 in 2016. There are over a dozen federal penitentiaries & twice as many state facilities.

Tell me, how do those legislators intend to collect those fines, please I would love to hear it.
