I can’t believe that Law Enforcement did not immediately replace her bad meth with higher quality stuff, as well as going out and busting the dealer for selling an inferior product.

She is entitled to the highest levels of customer service and quality control. What are the Police waiting on after all, a violent crime or something. Her rights were clearly violated … not just the first time by the bad product, but a more egregious example is her being arrested for reporting a crime.
