Female coworkers try to embarrass me

Im 21, and i used to work in a bar. I have noticed that many female staff try to tease me when they there are older men around either bar staff, managers or customers. Usually females staff i work with are easy going and chilled at the bar and we get along well..but when a older men are around the bar, their behaviour changes and they try to make fun of me in the presence of the older guys. Why?

They want to make you uncomfortable. They want to tease you and see what it does to you. They want to embarrass you and see how you take it. They are waiting to laugh at you if they see that you blush or get nervous or angry.
Girls are fond of putting boys in weird situations. They don’t care if it gets the boys in trouble. A boy in trouble ALWAYS brings glee to the girls.
Same thing for weemins. They know what buttons to press on a man and man’s pride is his biggest button. They love to try and embarrass men, it somehow fulfills a need in the rotten part of their skull. They love to shame men and love to see them rudely arrested. Anything to hurt a man’s pride they will love. They live for that kind of s~~~.
As for you, brother, don’t lose your mind. They are employees there just same as you. I suggest when they try that s~~~ again, you completely ignore their behavior and keep working like they’re not there. And the guys they try to embarrass you in front of, they know the music and they know what they’re trying to do, even if they’re Bluepillers.
So relax and enjoy your work time. Remember that no one can manipulate your sentiments unless you are willing to let them.

Its a method to negatively sanction your behaviour.A form of control. Older men are harmless in terms of a reaction. It wont work with other women.I’m assuming your generally regarded as an attractive younger male to them.

Chalk it up to a bitchs behavioral modification using another person to create social anxiety to make you anxiously react obeidient attempting to avoid further discomfort .The why?Because f~~~ing with you is fun for them. Feeling like they have power over you is intoxicating.

Commit this to memory, and don’t forget it when you are older. That will be when younger women are going to “change their behavior” around YOU, and the ones who attempt to mock and belittle you today will be all p~~~ed off and jealous. Enjoy the f~~~ out of it.

This is normal and expected female behavior.
After a while it becomes funny.

Try and think of it as “funny” now ( instead of letting it bother you ), because you know what they are up to. When you’re 19/20/21, women think you’re “not good enough” for them. “You’re so immature” etc. But don’t worry, nature has a really great way of restoring the balance. Best part is…. you don’t need to do a goddam thing.

When I was 19/20/21, women my age were EXACTLY as you describe . Then one day, I turned 31/32 and walked into a theatre with an 18 year old … and had two 19 year old girlfriends back to back. They would have NEVER dated me 12 years prior, and even I thought it was so f~~~ed up how that works.

Suddenly all the women my age +30 were now single against their own will, bitching, moaning and shaming me for dating younger women, because they have now been supplanted.

When you’re 21… women tend to “look down” on you. And when you look at this SMV chart (sexual market value), it suddenly all makes sense.

So the next time a 21 year old hottie acts like the “older” man is so cool and awesome, and you’re just a little nothing…. SMILE. Because you know what’s coming.

This is the same phenomenon, as when girls s~~~-test a guy who wants to pick them up. They throw s~~~ at people to see how you handle it. (they don’t even know that they are doing this, it is subconscious, and they will deny doing it.) Even if you don’t want to participate in the whole thing. (they think, there is “no such thing” that you “don’t participate” in their stupid games on the sex-marketplace) There is no such thing, that they just “let you to do your work” .

Ignoring everyday stupidity and bulls~~~ behavior of people is always a good idea.
