The left starts a civil war, and they are mostly clustered in the cities. Be a shame if the water, power, sewage treatment and food deliveries stopped to those cities.

The rule of 3: 3 minutes without oxygen, 3 days without water, 3 weeks without food. Things will get bad well before 3 weeks. People will lose their s~~~ on day 3 of a food blockade.
